I can't compare it to any dislocation I have experienced, not even having dislocated both of my knees whilst at work because my line manager expected me to fully clean the back storage room, and move two indrusturial double fridge freezers to deep clean them and the walls behind (I wished I had requested to break it down throughout the week but the kitchen staff I worked with were horrible people).

Currently I am on a stricter diet, and have reduced the amount of pop that I drink. I had water prior but I did have a couple of cans a day of Tango and what I call Reggie Reggie Juice. I'm not back on mostly water, and a sugar-free apple Tango.

Yet I do know some people have difficulties seeing, and with my own pre-disbetes there are times when my vision is poor. So, this would help make a difference in those periods. It's not about me, but providing something of use to the community here.

Does anyone else use a laptop? I haven't managed to use my desktop PC for awhile, though I found the chair my daughter gave me to be helpful with my back pain. I find it easier just to use a laptop, I seldomly use my phone. If you read, please join in and share what you feel comfortable with. It's nice to learn about members, and it's interesting because I have recently added a custom theme (not announced) 👀 and one of the downfalls about the mobile responsiveness is that they don't look all that much different on smaller devices.

It’s the big day we find out if we are to play in league 1 or stay in league 2.

I had a dream we won 2-0, is it an omen? Probably not as I dreamt we were playing Tranmere and Don Masson scored.

I’m still suffering with a bad back it’s been a week now, I hope it’s gets better for the match on Saturday otherwise I’ll be listening on the radio in my armchair.

Oh well there’s folk worse off than me. I hope everyone has an enjoyable day.

Back to normality now and in the routine, porridge for breakfast then I need to mow the lawn which is getting a tad untidy. Have a great day whatever you are doing.

Back to school or college for our younger members after the Easter break but for us retired old farts it’s just another day.

They’ve changed our bin day from Monday to Tuesday so today I’m going to get in the garden today and do some tidying up so I can fill the brown bin, it costs £45 a year so I might as well make use of it, we’ve also go some rusty old metal to take to the tip, I can’t leave it outside the house for the scrap man as our bungalow is on a little offshoot from the road and he wouldn’t see it, the tip isn’t far away so I’ll drive up there with it.
