On Saturday Notts travel to MK Dons, how many links between the two clubs can we find? My offering is Alan Smith who we signed Fromm MK Dons in 2014 he made 87 appearances and scored no goals. How many more can we find.

Stone 7 - dropped a basic cross early and nearly gifted a goal, but some really good saves otherwise. Rawlinson 6 - usual solid game. Brindley 7 - continued his good form in the centre of a back 3, did ok when we went to a back 4. Cameron 7 - defended well and some good forward moments. Next up for Notts is Accrington Stanley who we host this Saturday. How many links between the two clubs can we find? I’m going for Leam Richardson who came to Notts on loan in 2001-2002 and made 17 appearances. In 2005 he turned up at Accrington Stanley and spent 8 years with them including a spell as manager. How many more can we find?

Stone 7 - difficult to rate because he didn't have a serious save to make, but did what he had to do well. Rawlinson 7 - looks good on the right side of a back 3, great to see him score the winner. Brindley 7 - switching him to the centre was an inspired move, he looks so much better. Cameron 7.5 - impressive today both defending and going forward. I don’t travel to away matches but enjoy listening to Radio Nottingham. After Charlie Slater I’d not been too impressed with his replacement until todays game, I thought Dave Bracegirdle was excellent although I missed Mark Stallard who was absent, Ian Richardson stood in. The young commentator who did the first games showed his inexperience but he’ll learn, whereas Dave Bracegirdle really was very assured and competent his interview technique for the post match interview with Luke Williams was really good he asked all the right questions whilst being respectful. What did other stay at home fans think?

Next up Notts play Tranmere at Meadow Lane on 26th August. How many links can we find between the two clubs? The only one I could come up with is Zoumana Bakayogo who joined Notts from Tranmere in 2019. Over to you clever lot.
