Slocombe - 5.5 - Great tip onto the bar from a freekick. Tried to gift them a goal near the end. Averages out. Enzio - 6 - Thought he was probably our most dangerous player and did a good job defensively. Rawlinson - 5.5 - Didn't cope particularly well with strong strikers. Ellis - 6 - Pick of the back 3. Lacey - 5 - Needs to toughen up at times. Miller - 6 - Scrapped and he wasn't terrible. Reeves - 1 - Crap. He gets 1 for a good block. Too slow and always back and sideways. Not good enough. Doyle - 1 - So slow and cumbersome. Take a look at their second goal and look at Doyle. When runners get beyond our midfield, there's no way these pair will tra…

  5. We beat them 3-0 at home in November. That was one of our best performances this season. 2-0 up inside 20 minutes. Wealdstone are 19th in the table. They consider an average of 2 goals per game. They beat King's Lynn 3-1 at home in their last game. They lost to Torquay at home and drew with Sutton. They have had 3 7 goal thrillers at home so no one can describe them as boring. This is a game Notts should be winning but we are on a poor run of form. I think it will be a nail biter but Notts to prevail. 3-2 to Notts is my prediction.

Slocombe - 4 - Think he could've done better with their 2nd goal. Otherwise fine. Whoever that RB was - 0 - Absolutely terrible. Every time we sign yet another fullback, they seem to be worse than the one they are replacing. Ardley is wasting the owner's money with these loan signings. Rawlinson - 6 - Only player with consistency. Lacey - 3 - He wasn't great. Barnett - 0 - Not fit to wear the shirt. Embarrassingly poor footballer. Enzio - 4 - Wonder goal. Doyle - 0 - Gives the ball away. Too slow in distribution, too slow in chasing their players down. Reeves - 0 - Slows everything down to a snail pace. Absolute crab that goes either sideways…

Slocombe - 7 - Good saves. DKE - 4.5 - Not one of his crosses caused any problems and that's not only this game. Rawlinson - 3 - Looked knackered. Lacey - 3 - Tired Barnett - 2.5 - Turned inside out, positioning all over the place. Shambles of a performance. Got an assist. Enzio - 4.5 - Doesn't offer a lot. Slows things down too much. Reeves - 5 - Was OK. Doyle - 5 - Overrun Rodrigues - 4.5 - Not great. Nothing he tried came off. Knowles - 7 - Positive and gives us width. Always takes risks when his teammates rarely do. Wootton - 8 - Great double header. Held the ball up well. Effiong - 0 - Absolute donkey. Why does Ardley keep bringing h…

  11. Assuming King's Lynn actually turn up.......that's a cheap shot, but they deserve it......... KL were a bit unlucky to lose to Notts at home and they have responded well with a win and a draw in their last 2. They hammered Barnet 5-1, but Barnet are a shambles so make of that what you will and drew 2-2 at home to Weymouth. KL have nothing to play for. They may not even finish the season. It's bizarre to say the least. It looks they are making an effort so Notts won't walk all over them I'd imagine. I think it will be a high scoring game as KL are throwing caution to the wind based on their last 2 performances. 4-2 to Notts is my prediction.

Slocombe, 6.5 calm assured, could do noting with the deflected goal Golden 5 Some good, some bad Rawlinson 6.5 Limited goal scoring threats Lacey 6 One loose ball but a steady Eddie type performance Chicksen 4 ( can't credit an assist as the ball was behind Sam), Slater's commentary littered too many times Chicksen has lost the ball... One good defensive challenge though Wolfe 5.5 Least said about the 1st half, much better in the 2nd JOB 5.5 One lapse which could have been punished severely but wasnt. Experience head when needed Miller 6.5 Found some space and did look good on the ball Knowles 6.5 a better player certainly in the m…

  14. We were missing a topic on this, so I've made one. Our fixture list changes every five minutes, so cut us some slack So tomorrow we meet Oxford City again. Our last (and only?) meeting with them was an FA Cup 2nd round match in 2017, when we squeaked through 3-2 thanks to a Jorge Grant goal in stoppage time. One man who impressed that day was Oxford defender Christian Oxlade-Chamberlain, who later joined Notts on the strength of his performance (and what a great idea that was). The Hoops were fourth in the National League South and were on a fine run when the season was voided. With 35 goals from 17 games they also know where the net is, so it shouldn't be a walkove…

Pilling - 6 - Dropped a couple again, took too many risks with ball at his feet again, made a couple of good saves again. DKE - 5.5 - Not as good as he has been previously. Not enough contribution going forward. Lacey - 7 - Dominated. Rawlinson - 8 - Colossal. Barnet - 5 - Felt like Walker had the beating of him. Distribution poor at times and caught out positionally also. Enzio - 5.5 - He was OK, but rarely threatened. Doyle - 6.5 - Did his job well. Didn't give them too much space and passed well when he could. Roofe - 5.5 - A bit more athleticism, but also his distribution was poor at times. Ran past the line on occasion. O'Brien - 5.5 - He was d…

  19. It seems that from 17th May fans will be allowed back in football grounds. It will be limited to 10,000 or 25% of stadium capacity, whichever is smaller. That means we could get almost 5,000 for our final home game against Weymouth on May 22nd. Hopefully this is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Just wondering if anybody has seen any official figures about the live streaming.... I personally have watched all the games home and away and on the whole have been satisfied with this service...... Any information would be appreciated...

  21. Derby day. Notts won away 3-2. Notts were 2-1 down in the 90th minute. 2 goals in injury time turned the game on its head and the Pies returned to Nottingham with all 3 points. Chesterfield are unbeaten in 3 but they haven't played since January 30th so they are bound to be rusty. Notts are flying and have the winning habit. I think it could be a tough game. Chesterfield will be well up for it but Notts have momentum. It could be a cracking game. 4-2 to Notts is my prediction.

  22. Started by Super_Danny_Allsopp,

Pilling - 1 - It wasn't just one thing. He's small, Chesterfield identified that and piled the pressure on and he couldn't cope. He has to stop the goal. Kicking awful and taking lots of risks with the ball at his feet, at one point trying (unsuccessfully) to dribble past their striker. Stockport will target him. Kelly-Evans - 4 - Part of a back 4 bullied by Chesterfield in the first half. Rawlinson - 4 - As above. Lacey - 3 - The worst of the back 4. Hoofing to nobody first half. Miller - 3.5 - He's still not a defender. Crap distribution. Doyle - 3 - Too slow. Reeves - 3 - Too slow and not enough quality. Rodrigues - 2 - Incredibly poor. Lost …

  23. I didn't see the automatic topic for this game so I have added it. There's a saying you can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig. So I can say nice things about Kings Lynn but the truth is, they are a poor side at this level. They have lost their last 3 games. They have conceded 38 goals in 18 games. That's 24 more goals than Notts have conceded in the same number of games! They took the cover off the pitch and the surface looks well which will suit Notts's style of play. I'm going for 3-0 to Notts.

  24. Started by Piethagoram,

Pilling 7 The odd dodgy moment but pulled out a first class save when it mattered DKE 6.5 Industrious but couldnt make the higher up play matter Rawlinson 7.5 MotM Put the head where it mattered Lacey 6 a quieter game but another clean sheet Barrett 6.5 Stepped into left back role effortlessly. Had more room up field than DKE though some crosses could and should have been better Doyle 6.5 more apparent how he makes space to receive the ball to get things moving Reeves 7 a wonder strike matched by the work rate Rodrigues 5.5 Marked by 2 players so getting room to play was difficult for him Enzio 5.5 Needed more creative thrust. Seeme…

Be careful: Kings Lynn chairman is on twitter asking for somebody to operate their cameras for the streaming service (for free). Something to consider before you give them your money, it might not even be on. Their chairman seems like a tinpot Alan Hardy.
