UD Almería seems to have fallen victim to some very suspicious decisions. Brilliant opening goal by Almeria, it's the perfect start they could have asked for. The 2nd goal was a stunner! Now, to analyse the goal. The keeper played a very good long ball up the field, without the Almería player moving into the space it would have been wasted. You see the Almería and Real Madrid players briefly clash. Nothing in it, however, the reason I feel this needs to be pointed out is for a later decision which baffles me. An interesting game to watch last night. When we have discussions on Notts defenders, the real difference is that Barcelona have defenders that are more comfortable on the ball and can see simple and execute forward passes much quicker than Notts defenders.

There have been some interesting goings-on in the Bundesliga recently. Harry Kane has got off to a fantastic start at Bayern and is in double figures already. They played Darmstadt at the weekend and won 8-0 despite it being goalless at half time (Bayern had a man sent off in the fourth minute, but by the end of the first half Darmstadt had managed to get two of their players sent off). Darmstadt are mardy because Bayern's fifth may have been a handball. Elsewhere, Leverkusen have looked the real deal so far, while Union Berlin have lost ten competitive games in a row - luckily they won their first two.

Yesterday, together with #Manfredi, the Reedtz brothers were present at the match, 2 of the potential investors for #Sampdoria. The 2 Danish brothers own Notts County. No confirmation at the moment, given that Asian investors are also present in the background.
