Good morning. After all the excitement around the referendum, I'm sure we'll all be glad to get back to the really serious business of the prediction league. These matches kick off tomorrow! To keep it simple, a penalty shoot-out win is treated as an extra goal for the winning team, so a 1-1 draw and penalty win is treated as a normal 2-1 win. There are prediction sites out there, but IMO it'd be a shame to take it away from PON. So instead I'm going to steal @weymouthPIE's format and give it a couple of tweaks.
