  1. Hello All, I hope to make arrangements for us to go as a community/group, depending of course if there is interest. I am in the process of speaking to someone with regards to hiring a mini bus which seems pretty flexible but I will need to do the numbers. My question is, would you like to come? Doncaster vs Notts (a) Personally, I think this would be an amazing thing for the site but not only that so we can get to know each other a little more. I'm sure it would be fun! If you're interested please do let me know.

I was watching the football, I look to my left and see great scenes of the Italian Magpies enjoying their visit. I look to my right and Jakes having fun with one of the little IM's. I watch the football and for some unknown reason discontent could be heard, I scanned the picture and looked to Joe, asking what's going on? Just after, I turn to see the fight near the steps. Disgraceful behaviour! I've heard so many versions, it's crazy.

Full Article | Here I find it quite shocking, there's interesting comments to be read on Twitter. I find it amusing when people write there own version of stories and well, I find it in bad taste to include silly comments or lines about facts they know nothing about.

  6. I asked on FB which got so many responses, I hadn't expected it but made my day when I noticed that people kept adding the people they thought/like most. Why consider adding yours? Jimmy (no doubt) but if I went by people I've seen/met. Michale Johnson, Lee Hughes. So many players prior I wished I had witness them grace the field, although any list I did make does have the potential to go on. (which I do enough) Who would your top 3 be?

I don't like saying this but I was speechless, I mean, I found myself sitting on a table eagerly listening to what was being said but this place has opened my eye's even wider than before. I honestly feel although some valid/good questions did get asked, many sadly failed to reach a point. I've given myself a tough task about writing about it (though I am struggling here). The video link didn't work, massive failure and a disappointment to the evening for myself. It made me wonder if any practice sessions actually happened, but we move on of course. Yet Mr Trew's opinions would have been a highlight, I liked Chris and he put himself across very well. I expected it to b…

Been placed into administration by owners Sisu this evening. It's seemingly been on the cards for years now, but I'm sure it dosen't soften the blow for Sky Blues fans. I've watched both my clubs - Notts and Weymouth fall apart financially. It's one of the worst feelings in the world - not knowing what the future holds for your club. City will lose 10 points and we'll go 10th but to be honest it never feels right when you do something due to anothers demise. But then, I kinda count my lucky stars. Weymouth stayed up in 2010-11 and practically stayed in business due to Windsor & Eaton FC's demise. Great for us, but it still felt a tiny bit wrong. Fo…

Next time any of you get annoyed by the amount of postponments and a fixture backlog, spare a thought for Guernsey FC of the Combined Counties League, They've had over 30 postponments this season, and they now have to try and fit in 23 (yes TWENTY THREE) matches between now and 6th May, including an FA Vase Semi Final second leg trip to Spennymoor! So it could be 24 games although Guernsey trail 3-1 from the first leg. Their fixture congestion means they'll have to play on Friday Saturday and Sunday every weekend between now and the end of the season. They have games on the following dates: March - 26th & 30th April - 1st, 5th, 6th, 7th, 9th, 12th, 13…

Another league one manager gone. One of the favourites is Graham Westly tipped to go back and take over again after his sacking from Preston. Does it really work when a manager goes back? Should we look at taking any of our previous managers back? Who could do a good job for us?

Notts have apparently acquired some heat lamps to help the grass grow on the Pavis side of the ground. The lamps were confiscated by police after being used to grow cannabis!

In the chairmans notes in the programme Ray Trew has restated his commitment to the club in the future. No doubt his notes will be published on this site later on by Joe. This is good news the alternative doesn't bear thinking about.
