It seems like a great show. The idea of Peaky Blinders meeting Robin Hood made me laugh. If it can attract the necessary ratings, it could become a successful series.

After quickly glancing through the content, I find it quite fascinating. I can't help but wonder if it will feature his distinctive cinematic flair. It's truly wonderful to see Shane Meadows returning to television, demonstrating his outstanding writing skills.

@Dripsey3 did you manage to talk shane into giving you role, maybe in the background?

the show sounds very interesting, it has the lad from being human in.

Gallow's Pole was finished by the time I met him. If he needs any fat Irishmen in his next project, he knows where to find me ????

I watched the first episode and I enjoyed it. We got to know the characters. There is a bit of a This Is England set in the 1760s when it comes to the dialogue and I can see how that could put people off. I'm OK with it.

I will have to keep an eye out on it. The thing that makes it hard for US residents is that the BBC iPlayer struggles to work alongside a VPN, so access to UK content isn’t quite there.
