Our domain is currently blacklisted, most likely as a result of the cyberattack.

Prior to it, I had no issues with emails except for duplications which would sometimes be sent. I am disabling the mobile apps' integration, until I can get that issue to be resolved. Due to this circumstance, you will not receive any notifications through our app during this period. Once resolved, I will look to get the app back in working condition.

Did anyone receive any strange emails between the site going down and backup?

Requests to have the IP/domain unlisted have been sent, this could prove to be one of the most annoying downsides.

The ETA is 2 weeks.

I have been told it could be sooner, but there's no guarantee it will be lifted. In any circumstance I will try my best to make this as less frustrating for the end user, but for now I simply ask people not to click on the links if you do get emails.

@Chris thanks for the information, I’ll ignore email notifications and log in to the site to see any notifications I may have. ????

Ha! Would you check the next time you receive one?

Terabyte believes that the blacklisting has automatically been lifted upon appeal, so you might be ignoring them for no reason. ????

Nope, I had an email notification that you’d quoted me but link still not working perhaps it’ll take a while to filter through.

@Fan of Big Tone At random periods, would you check and report back if they start working?

I successfully emailed myself, including links, and it worked perfectly. I might have to speak to Richard or Terabyte.

Just tried the latest email, This is what I get.

@Chris Regarding bugs, I’ve noticed when I log in after being logged out I get a message saying “Oops, something went wrong. Please try again.” It’s not a problem to me because I just go to the three bars and navigate the site but it may put some newbies off.

I've had that happen to me too.

@Chris when I scroll to the 2nd or more pages of the latest thread page, when I try to scroll back the page kinda blanks out with very faint writing of thread  headings just visible.

I have to come out of PON then back in again to correct it. I'm on an android phone. Don't know if anyone else has experienced this?

@Robbie Unfortunately the opps something has gone wrong is a known bug that hasn't been fixed yet.

I know the issue, it happens when you load a topic from the list and then try to go back to the previous page. I will speak to a dev to see if there's anything that can be done to fix this issue.

In the meantime, I would suggest using the mobile navigation for the dashboard. I know you will have to scroll to find where you were at, but currently it's the best way.

Experienced freezing twice when I was Quoting a post this morning and this afternoon, had to come out of PON then go back in, I lost my script & had to retype, but it hasn't happened this evening when I quoted someone.

That sounds like a connection issue.

Sometimes content typed can go missing, but generally it's saved even when it isn't posted. Meaning if you write something and then go back, it should be there. This doesn't always work, but it's quite reliable. I'll have a look at the server logs to see if there's anything to suggest otherwise.

Ok thanks Chris. It could have been a connection issue. Will monitor it.
