I don’t have any problems with Carl Dickinson. Although he wasn’t the best player, he did have some good moments. I believe he should be a good fit for Bury and I hope they get promoted.

Carl Dickinson started off okay but ended up turning into a headless chicken - a headless chicken that also had its legs cut off. The number of silly fouls he gave away was ridiculous. Teams just exploited us through him. He may have found his level with Buy, good luck to both.

I still can’t believe he’s 36. I thought he was around that age when he left us. He had zero pace and would fall to the ground trying to run. Good luck to him at Bury. I can’t see him being a long-term solution for them, and I hope he isn’t playing out wide.

I can remember the KOP chanting about Carl Dickinson having two right feet. I thought it was quite funny. Players did know how to exploit his weak marking and lack of pace. Sometimes it would be frustrating to see him wrestle opposition players to the ground as if it was WWE. Good luck to him and Bury.

Poor Bury; I wish them all the success they need to get back to where they belong. I am pleased they have signed Carl Dickinson; some experience will do them wonders.

While I wouldn’t necessarily consider it the best signing, I do believe that Carl Dickinson could help Bury reach their potential given their current level. I wish both Carl Dickinson and Bury all the best.
