we had a lot of rain and a thunder storm for about an hour. not much chance having a bbq where i was. it very stuffy and humid.

did you manage to miss the rain?

@liampie I just managed to get it done before the rain got really heavy but we had to eat inside.

Where was my invite?  I hope you had a nice time. We had a lot of on and off rain here, I managed to go see @super_ram but I didn't go for a walk with my brother because I felt tired. Kate keeps saying we should have a BBQ.

@CliftonMagpie We had pork steaks, sausage and salad, normally Mrs. Tone would have a lager while we’re cooking and a glass of white wine to drink with her dinner but at the moment she can’t drink alcohol because of her medication so it’s J20 pomegranate spritz, I think that’s what it’s called. I make up for it and drink her share of alcohol. 

Do you have any pictures of the food you cooked? At least we know who can do the PON BBQ at the end of the season when we are all celebrating promotion again.  

Please don’t tell us, @Fan of Big Tone, that you like everything well-done but didn’t take any photos of it because you burnt it all. ????

I didn’t get chance to take any pictures because the rain started pelting down and I had to grab the food and run back into the house. I am an expert at the BBQ though even though I say it myself, I always wince when I see folks eating black sausages and burgers, there’s so much more you can do on BBQ’s but you have to be careful to regulate the heat so it cooks properly but doesn’t burn the food, it’s an art.

It sounds very nice, @Fan of Big Tone. There’s nothing like a bit of TLC and a BBQ. I bet Mrs. Tone will have to get you providing the service more often.

It's just playful teasing, @Fan of Big Tone. We are just getting more out of you, its good you enjoy having a BBQ. We know you wouldn't burn the food or under done, we know you know when it's Notts done.
