I think Cal Roberts will have to settle for where his career is. It would be a great story to see him triumph and make it to the Premier League, but I think League Two will be difficult now. This doesn’t mean his career can’t be special. He can continue helping teams to find their football league status. I just can’t see him bouncing back as we have seen from this.

I think Cal Roberts will come back from it, he's got that determination, but I think there will be a limit to the level he'll reach. The main thing is to recover and then to enjoy his football. A footballer doesn't need to play in the Premier League to become a legend or known as being a great player.

Fingers crossed he will recover quickly, and ideally it's not a fracture.

Cal Roberts is cursed, the poor lad. He doesn’t get a break, does he? That’s not intended as a pun. I thought he would be a significant player for Scunthorpe United this season, but if it’s a fracture, he could be out for some time. It could end his career, depending on the severity. I hope it’s not that serious.

poot callum roberts, i hope hes okay and manages to come back stronger.

i think a talented player like him deserves a bit of luck when it comes to injuries, but it does seem hes plagued with them.

This is great news for Cal. I hope it’s not an injury that will set him back further. It would be good to see him doing well, even if it is with Scunthorpe United. He deserves success.

When I first read about it, I was convinced that Cal Roberts’ career was over. However, he has shown great persistence. I am relieved that he hasn’t suffered a fracture and I hope he will be able to play more games in the future.

It must have been quite serious at the time if they suspected he had fractured a bone. It is good news that this isn’t the case, and hopefully, he will make a speedy recovery. I wish Cal Roberts all the best.
