yeah, he did. the way he hung onto the mk dons player near him just seemed clumsy. he did okay otherwise but the error proved to be all that separated us from mk dons. i do think we need to get tighter in these scenarios.

we just leave too much space at times.

otherwise i thought we out performed a mk dons team that took to time wasting and performing cynical challenges. they were very frustrating to watch especially because they got away with it.

Gabrial is a good guy; from a young age he's been working in media and providing his thoughts on football.

I think whilst Rawlinson certainly made a poor call, he wasn't completely to blame and even if he followed the player who had the ball - who's to say he would have made the ground or that he wouldn't be blamed for making that call, had their scorer passed?

The gaping void that was left wouldn’t have been easily plugged by a single defender. Aaron Nemane was caught off guard and failed to recover in time. Aidan Stone was tardy in leaving his line. While Connell Rawlinson was indeed caught out, who else made an effort to close the gap? It was a dreadful display of defence from the team.

The highlights certainly showcased a commendable performance by Notts. As for the topic of Connell Rawlinson, I won’t be commenting on it. It seems that discussion has been overdone to the point of exhaustion.

What an ending this game would have been if Macca had managed to direct his header into the net in those final minutes, eluding the MK Dons goalkeeper. It was an entertaining game between two good teams!
