This is awfully unlikely and I wouldn't be surprised if they've picked up on some daft tweet or something of that nature.

They had far too much fun writing that statement

However, I think a reputable source like the Daily Sport simply cannot be ignored.

 

I’d guess she (or her team) had been interviewed and gave an answer like “I’m looking to invest in Knox County”. Meaning she's interested in buying property there. Some doddery old British journalist wasn’t really listening and thought she said Notts County.

this was a weird story, however it got into the media it tricked people and i wonder if she thought about squashing the rumour herself. ????
