Happy New Year to all of you!

It's a pity I missed this, but things have been good here in Texas. My home is now completely renovated, and I just have to sort out the land. I won't be doing much of that myself, but I will be enjoying 2024! Happy New Year to all of you. I hope each of you has a good one.
