As the highlights show plenty of room for improvements, key areas being defending and attacking. Much better from Notts.

We do need to learn to press and stand up to advancing opposition players, there was several times where they hit at us and we looked like we did against Walsall, Swindon etc.

I do feel a better team would have punished before the penalty, which shows how Crewe are quite poor with their finishing.

Overall I am more than happy, Crewe's goal was good, Daniels was another class. Brilliant lashing shot, directly placed to where he wanted it. Can he score more like that? Fingers crossed.

I always thought Crewe would leave with the points or at least one, even after Noble was red carded.

it makes a change to see all 3 goals being well converted. i think crewe played very well, a bit dirty at times but our own players did.
