Good morning everyone. How is everyone today, what are we all doing?

Its another nice morning here just outside York, sadly our holiday has come to an end and we are heading home this morning, tonight we will be going to a SOBS support group meeting to support and chat to other people who have been bereaved through suicide, we lost our son 3 years ago and go to the meetings to support others who are newly bereaved and to get support ourselves.

Potentially off to Mablethorpe for the day, its nice here this morning and already very hot. Past few days have gone by so quickly, so we are wanting to try to slow things down a bit.

Change of plan, its the local beach for us today.

Sun is shining......hang on, it's raining now, time to get the Ark out.....no it's sunny again....sun tan lotion it is.....rain again....

Back home from our holiday, just sorting out the washing, emptying the van and then doing a bit of shopping to stock up the depleted larder, then its off to our meeting.

Been into Ilkeston, bit of shopping then home, get changed into the scruffs and down the allotment, more blackberry picking for Paul's home made wine, come home with a big rash up me arm. Great.

Mmm, Blackberry wine, sounds good, I've made Elderberry before and that was lovely.

I've told Paul to make some elderberry too, @tonyhateley, there's loads growing at the allotment. 

It makes a lovely wine @magpiejue he won't regret it, he'll probably look like a mass murderer with his blood red hands when he's stripped all the berries of the stalks so tell him not to pass any police stations.
