i joined on the 31st of december 2012

i was handed a flyer at a game, not by @Chris but someone else. i joined facebook and twitter and read the updates posted for about a month before i decided to join, back then it seemed much different than it does now but i think pon is a great community.

what about you?

In 2011 I started a very basic concept of the site, it just had a forum and a very simple design.

I never took it seriously and, at the time I enjoyed posting elsewhere but I found that my ideas wasn't something others thought were good and I left after feeling criticized for my writing ability. Over the course of the following seasons, I decided to invest more time into developing the site and I purchased the PON domain - I then started to implement the idea of using social media as a way to reach out.

The official date my profile states is March 26, 2011 but I had started work back in 08.

January 27, 2017.

I joined to engage with Notts fans, due to my college course my tutor wanted me to write for a site which I would be passionate about. I noticed @Chris had been appealing for writers so the two seemed to make sense. I joined Twitter to try to engage with fans but found it to be much more effort and it's nowhere near as friendly as this site is.

I joined PON on the 8th February 2014 when @Chris someone I’ve know since birth approached me and told me he was doing a notts County fan site could I help and from there I was hooked always loved the site the banter the people the topics everything about pon

My dad used to be apart of the Notts County MAD Forum but kept on saying he was reading news etc from Pride of Nottingham. Search it in on google and here we are. May 2016 I believe.

Here's an early picture of @Chris and @UnitedPie (who apparently have know each other since birth) plotting the next feature for PoN. :rollonfloorlaughing:

I joined PON after seeing a call to join the site.

The date I registered was April 20, 2015. Until now I didn't realize I had been a member for so long.

According to my profile I finally gave in to @Chris'hectoring and joined PoN on the 26th of August,2009.My reluctance to join was because I am first and foremost a Rams fan, though Notts have been my 2nd team since 1964 when my immediate superior at work was a fanatical Magpie .Mrs @super_ram=aka @GrannyPie is ,and her dad was, also a massive Notts fan.My initial worries about joining PoN soon vanished as I have always been tolerated,no,made very welcome here.

I joined back in 2013, March 1st.

I met @Chris at a game and he told me about the site, handed me a card and I thought I would give the site a look.

I recall you saying at the time David, yet the issue back then is I spoke to that many and had handed cards out - I wasn't sure who you was at first. :P

Let's keep this going folks!
