I woke up this morning having a pretty horrible dream about my brother, well it was a nightmare really, it has prompted me to go and see him, we are the only two members of our family who are left.

I don’t usually remember my dreams but this was pretty vivid and I woke up sweating ????, anyone else have nasty dreams?

I've had a few nasty dreams wake me up lately, but can't really remember what happened. Just not nice. 

I sleep like a baby, so no nightmares but from time to time I do enter a sleep state that is almost like real life.

i dont remember the last time i had a nightmare it was probably when jamie fullarton was appointed.

No nightmares. I sleep very peacefully and I don't dream very often.

I didn't sleep well last night but not due to having a nightmare, I occasionally have very vivid life like dreams. A few weeks back I dreamt I was a kid again, I spoke to my grandfather (this was after I had a therapy session).

I woke up tearful but very happy.

It was nice to hear his voice and feel like he was a round, it's dreams like this which prompt me to pay my respects.

I’m happy to say I’ve phoned my brother and he’s fine in spite of my dream, I’ve arranged to pop and see him, really looking forward to spending a few days with him in a couple of weeks.

My dreams when I sleep are weird and I can’t comprehend the they some times scare me.

You all seem to sleep better than me, I go sleep and then wake up to what feels like only 5 minutes later.

I sometimes dream about my day, so often I will be driving and going about my regular routine. Only to wake up and do the same thing!?!
