It’s a lovely sunny morning here but a lot cooler than of late. We are back from Skeggy so it’s back to normal, a good run back yesterday, the grandchildren had a great time and so did we.

I would normally go on a Park Run today but we are so shattered that I’m giving it a miss, I might do a little local run down the canal just to keep it up.

Matchday of course and I will be glued to the radio this afternoon willing Notts to give us a much needed win to shut up all the doom mongers.

I'm trying to sort the servers out today and the mess that comes from everything being placed on my shoulders, I have the radio on but it's like selective hearing. I'm hoping to get on my computer soon, I've stolen Kate's laptop since mine won't power up.

I might start thinking about it in December not before.

I've spent most of the day cooking and doing cleaning etc around the house. I could of done more but with what my headaches been like recently i haven't felt like it.

Aslong as my kids are happy, thats all that matters.
