For those of a nervous disposition or are squeamish look away now. 

I had a weird dream last night, I was sitting with my wife and a friend on a bench in Derbyshire, I know it was Derbyshire because there was a stone wall in front of us, our friend had a dog which was running round the field on the other side of the wall, all of a sudden we realised the dog had hold of a squirrel, our friend went to rescue the squirrel but it was badly mauled and barely alive so he said it was kindest to put it out of its misery. He then got hold of its back legs and started to bash the squirrel against the wall to kill it, whilst on the other side of the wall we were being splattered with blood, worst still I had a white suit on.

So I wonder what that was all about, any dream analysts out there?  

It's not as bad as the dreams I keep having @Fan of Big Tone, awful as it may be - I wake up thinking what happened was real.

Dreams are nasty at times.

I blame the person who started that topic about nightmares and dreams awhile back.  

@super_ram has some weird dreams.Years ago he suddenly sat up in bed and shouted "Shoot you  bugger,shoot" at the top of his voice.You can guess what he was dreaming about.No idea what your dream is about @Fan of Big Tone

Oh believe me @Chris I’ve had a lot worse dreams than that, especially when our son died a few years ago, I used to wake up thinking what an awful dream and then remembered it was real.

Having said that I have had some lovely dreams about him where I just wish I didn’t have to wake up and face the reality.

Not that I can remember @AmericanPie I’m not sure that thing about eating cheese is an old wives tale.

My dreams so far fetched that its unrealistic but anything i think about or see whilst i'm awake affects me being able to get to sleep. I need to be careful what i do watch.
