Good morning PoN it’s a tad warmer this morning with no frost, we’ve got the youngest grandchildren staying over this morning, as predicted they were up at the crack of dawn full of beans but they are playing quietly while we try to wake up gradually.

Freddies is being picked up at 9.30 and is having a day out with his little friend so me and George are going on a bike ride which will be fun, when we come back we’ll play some games and maybe watch a bit of football I’ve recorded but not had chance to watch.

A bit of a busy day most of this week will be busy. I’ve enjoyed today it was a very good day mentally more than anything. 

so I  had a appointment this morning which was really good really helping me to move forward. 

Came back did a couple of days dinner because I’m going to be busy with one thing and another. 

Now doing a bit of Pon posting maybe Fifa just having some time to think things over. 

Been busy this morning and then we took the kids to go and see grannypie in hospital, which we are glad to say shes looking much better than she was when we saw her before our holiday.

I think now she just needs more mobile again slowly and she'll be out.

Quite the bemusing day but if people think they'll be able to break written agreements then I don't think they've dealt with a me type person.

In other news I went to see @GrannyPie.

She was awake the whole time, spoke normally and looked much better. Just need to see that further improvemenrs but I'm proud.

Yeah they loved seeing Granny Pie, went through the holiday snaps and that included your picture. ????

I know, can't choose when family go in hospital though unfortunetly.
