Out of all the pre season signings we’ve made I was most looking forward to Dennis playing in a Notts shirt after receiving glowing reports rom my Chesterfield supporting friends but so far I have to say he’s been a massive disappointment, why is that?

He was hardly mentioned in the commentary today, should he be given time, is he getting the right service? What do you think?

Apart from being played as a lone striker when he's better in a front pairing, having no pre-season, having injuries, being played out on the wing and having no service, he hasn't done that bad

He’s looked alright, I think he just needs a run and time. With Hemmings - Dennis has looked his best. With poor strikers you can see how bad they are, he looks more than capable.

I think he plays well with certain players and like alot of other players, they have the odd bad game

His game time hasn’t been there for him to gel with the others .. he plays well with another striker on his own he doesn’t play good enough ... 

I feel a run of games may help him to improve and focus.
