Neal Ardley has given fans a update via the evening post on the injured three.

Well it seems that strike partners John stead and Kane Hemmings are on there way back to full fitness and won’t be long but it may be a  while for Lewis Alexandra who is still facing some time on the side line.

While Enzio is is 12 weeks away depending on how his knee response to treatment.

The full interview with the gaffer is in the link below.

i know injuries happen but at the same time people have risked key players and we cant afford for them to be out. i hope the club works on the physio and fitness, it does seem like something which needs to improve.

its good we have an update on the injury list.

i just feel enzio could have been avoided if he was not pushed.

We need them back ASAP.

Notts needs to be mindful, it's dangerous that Ardley has started such a strong lineup tonight.

Notts needs to learn to rest the players at the right time, otherwise injuries will happen but it's a good update. Enzio is missed from the starting lineup.

I don't understand why the club doesn't provide better updates? This type of thing is easy to do and it generates traffic to the official site.

Good to get a update .. John stead was on the bench tonight so that’s a positive I’m hoping he plays a small roll in the derby but not if it would risk further set back. I’m just happy to have a update on the lads. #COYP

Enzio will be missed, he seems like one of those players that has enough quality to change a game even when he isn't the hardest performer.

The media team at Notts must start informing the fans better, this is their job and I have been frustrated with the lack of news.

I hope another update is given within a few months, just so we can stay in the loop. I hate when Notts players get injured because you never hear anything about what's happened or is happening until they return.

Great to hear that Stead and Hemmings are nearly back but a bit of a git for Lewis though but I would have him back at full fitness than rush him back.

I'm glad that they should be fit enough to play because 4 players down would be a big issue.

Yeah it would for me @cheeky~k8 it shows that Steve chettle did something wrong you don’t than many injuries in a short a small stint

Exactly, i don't remember that many players being injured at the same time for many years.

Exactly.. thisnis why I prayed chettle wouldn’t take over on a permanent basis if truth be told .. what a mess Neal has walked into

It would be nice if the official site would provide updates on the injuries and loan players, this is pretty standard stuff I would imagine.
