Featured Replies

i hope hes able to settle in to the squad, i have to say i am nervous that hes 19 and does not have much league experience. when i saw mansfield had signed smith, i almost lost it.

I hope he works well with the squad.. Notts don't normally sign young players.

Especially young keepers on loan, lets hope he's more than Kasper Schmeichel.

He looked quite good.

His distribution seems fairly good, with his throwing allowing Notts to break quickly. He's nothing like Ross Fitzsimons, they both have a different style of play but I can see Ryan Schofield retaining the number one jersey.

He celebrated his very good save a little too much, which lead to the goal from the corner but there was no defence in front of him.

That said he should have expected something to come in on target rather than jumping about.

I wanted to see him start instead of Ross, I think he might get the chance to seal the first time shirt after Saturday's loss. A stronger voice that commands a reaction from the defenders is needed.

Why did he not play today? One of the most frustrating things about the Yeovil game today.

I was disappointed but I think Neal Ardley wanted to give Ross a chance to play, I doubt it will be repeated.
