Kop old scoreboard

Featured Replies

At least the old one worked and didn't use electric.

I miss the old electricial one I grew up seeing, I believe it still works - at least several staff members have said this. There's supposedly an issue with the software, I'd love to be given the chance to write a new program that would control it.

Fond memories of that one but the above is before my time I'm afraid.

I don't know, I think it looks kinda cool.

Fans moan regardless but I think some nostalgia could go a long way right now.

I have fond memories of the scoreboard, it added comedy to the lane when mishaps happened over the scoreline! Wonderful share.

I was wondering if that ever happened - did they scramble back out to change the score?

It's a shame that there isn't really an old part of the ground left. The oldest part as far as I know is the sports centre behind the Family Stand, built in 1981.

Well we are in March and still no score board we do have the old one I’m told. But the chances of the score board getting repaired cause right now we other things we need to invest spend money on. I definitely  wouldn’t mind if we used the old one.
