Adjusting to life in the National League
Notts will have to adjust quickly and fast to ensure the wood stops rotting, fans will be key. Provided they don't give up the fight and become all mardy on social media.

BREXIT.....
Politics these days are rabbits by clowns and people unfit to lead any leading nation. The Whole thing is stupid.

Too little, too late? Notts County's history and heritage will live on regardless
You're right @Chris, Notts will be fine and the clubs lucky to have someone who fights so hard to represent them despite all your up evils. Great blog.

Match Discussion: Game 39 - The Grecians (H)
Exeter should press Notts much more than Morecambe which will only make the game more open, hopefully it will be an exciting game. If the midfield does its job and Neal Ardley ensures Kane Hemmings isn't just on his own. I do feel the game will be entertaining.

March 2019, PON Raffle Fundraiser
I have purchased two tickets, I don't want to be greedy but to support PON. ????

Match Discussion: Game 36 - The Robins (A)
I gave up listening and went about my day after the second goal, same story with Notts. You hope for better but expect the worst. Relegation now seems confirmed unless this spineless squad can show some sort of fight.

Match Discussion: Game 37 - Cumbrians (A)
If Notts had more home games than they do survival might have been more optimistic for me but games like this just adds further nails into the coffin. I have little confidence in any of the players ability to lift the spirits.

Match Discussion: Game 35 - The Valiants (H)
It wasn't a bad performance, but at the same time it wasn't good either. Overall it was just very flat and effortless, Notts was setup to defend. The plan was to hoof under pressure, hoof when in possession and hoof just for good measure. Neal Ardley failed to instruct the players that the game was important to win, he didn't even see that Port Vale was there for the taking IF performances levels lifted. It was like a club wanting to settle for a point because that outcome was good enough. In the case for Notts it simply wasn't. The lack of efforts on goals stems from the boring tactics.

Match Discussion: Game 35 - The Valiants (H)
Big game, a fair amount of pressure and I have no idea at the moment how to call this game. Port Vale seem one of those teams who do well and play poorly in others.

February 2019, PON Raffle Fundraiser
I am more than happy to support PON, I realise that the site not just costs a lot of time but also money. I have thrown a fiver into this but would pay for the prints if I won. ????

Match Discussion: Game 27 - The U's (A)
Defensively Notts doesn't look able to stop Colchester United. Good attacking play, Dan Jones has done well on the left side but I am dubious of Cedric Evina and Richard Duffy looks a shambles.

Match Discussion: Game 27 - The U's (A)
1-0 down already, easy move and well taken goal by Colchester. I am unsure playing Evina on the right is the best thing because Notts looks very poor at the back so far. The midfield need to get a grip of the game otherwise I can see this ending 4-1 to them.

Match Discussion: Game 23 - The Mariners (A)
Terrible performance, Notts just can't compete with teams away from home. It was a very disappointing performance that lacked heart and fight. Nothing more to be said. Grimsby Town deserved the win and scoreline.

Match Discussion: Game 22 - Super White Army (H)
I think Tranmere will make it hard for Notts to break them down, playing the ball in the air will probably suite Notts better but chances would be few and far between. Notts needs to show some real desire to fix the issue. A relegation battle is not what this club needs, a few wins it could all be different but it will take a lot of hard work. Tranmere seems a well polished team, so Notts might struggle tomorrow.

Match Discussion: Game 21 - Stags (A)
Mansfield have played well during both half. They deserve the three points because of this and Notts lack pace, they lack ambition and fight. It was a terrible second half performance.

Match Discussion: EFL Trophy - The Black Cats (A)
Just win Notts for the confidence and to get the wheelbarrow patched up, a good performance and result could help with the game against Mansfield.

Match Discussion: Game 20 - Cumbrians (H)
I can't be the only Notts fan that pondered how the hell Carlisle wasn't winning by 2 or more goals before half time? I am surprised Notts even scored by how they played, a good brief spell where they looked confident and good on the ball. Yet it was only short lived, I never thought Notts would have found the net. A draw seems lucky to me.

Match Discussion: Game 19 - The Shrimps (A)
Morecambe will get a scrappy 2-0 win, I have little faith right now.
-
Match Discussion: Game 18 - The Robins (H)
Three faults from the performance and Cheltenham game for me. One striker No actual leader on the pitch A verbal but nonsense Richard Duffy returning and being made captain What was Chettle thinking? Half time he should have made the required changes because it was obvious the second half would only get more difficult. I felt more annoyed at the squad selection than anything else. It was never going to win!

Match Discussion: EFL Trophy - Rovers (H)
Would have rather seen it in the League or F.A Cup than this, that's all. It means little to anyone.
-
Match Discussion: EFL Trophy - Rovers (H)
Wrong cup if you asked me, there's no money in this and the F.A Cup could have founded much more but Notts are out now. Quite poor if you asked me.

Match Discussion: Game 14 - The Shakers (A)
The game plan should be to keep the ball on the ground and proceed to playing it quickly down the flanks, I think the main area to slow the game down is the middle of the park. If we use the flanks to be direct, the pace Notts has can and will be a benefit to the performance. Boldewijn and Stead can't be the only players pushing to create a scoring chance. So this is something that must improved and it should start away at Bury, Hemmings for me is missing a few goals and if he could get on the score sheet I think he would be a massive player.

Kirsty Linnett and Chris Wood criticise Notts County Ladies liquidation
If she plays for Liverpool ladies now, why is this all of a sudden news again? A lot of the ladies team must have had it hard but Chris Wood seems to be either stupid or has some form of grudge on Notts. Is he paid peanuts at Burnley?

Match Discussion: Game 12 - The Silkmen (A)
I wouldn't change too much but I can't see how Harry Kewell can risk playing Jon Stead for another 90 minutes. It's time to get Kristian Dennis in and see if he can make a difference, Kane Hemmings can't be dropped. He holds the ball up the best and is able to put in those useful passes that lead to goals.
