Match Discussion: Game 6 - The Shrimps (H)
Very good win. Notts seem a much different team this season and Kevin Nolan has his side working towards a promising start. I know people are moaning that the football is not pretty or entertaining but you need the players to do that. Good managers make do with what they have! 2-0 is a fantastic result against a team Notts always seems to struggle against.

Match Discussion: Game 6 - The Shrimps (H)
Its a good chance for the club to push further up, Morecambe shouldn't be a team we worry about. If we play right it should be a victory for us.

Match Discussion: Game 5 - Valiants (A)
Good win but Port Vale could have easily got the victory themselves. In the first half they had a cracking chance which they wasted and the performance was not good enough. It was an awful game for both teams. Very scrappy.

Match Discussion: EFL - The Iron (A)
Collin Tootle Duffy Brisley Hunt Milsom Alessandro Grant Hawkridge Forte Ameobi This is how I would start but I would be tempted to include some of the younger faces. Score prediction? 2-1 Scunthorpe.

Match Discussion: Game 1 - Sky Blues (A)
We need some pace upfront alongside Shola Ameobi or Jon Stead at the very least. Coventry will control the game if we pack the midfield and it would over crowd things, I see it being scrappy if this happens.

Match Discussion: Game 1 - Sky Blues (A)
Which Coventry City will we play on Saturday? One wanting to prove they are promotion contenders or a side adapting to this league? I could see them hammering us to be blunt.

Notts County cancel end-of-season awards night after Notts County Ladies fold
Words escape me with the quoted part. Kevin Nolan and the players have had recognition for saving the club from the drop which seemed impossible, cancelling the season awards is a different thing in my book.

Joe Jones: For the first time in years, Notts County are not giving me anxiety - and it's amazing
It was just toxic around Meadow Lane under the Trews. The whole debt went to their head and the way the club was being ran, there was no doubt we would be a conference team. I am surprised by how quickly things have changed. Hard work will do that but it just shows you how poorly we have been under operation. Good read Joe.

Match Discussion: Game 40 - The U's (H)
I think we can afford to have two players play poorly, I do agree with the article @Chris wrote but thought Carl Dickinson did okay considering. At the end of the day it was a comfortable win.

Match Discussion: Game 38 - The Bees (H)
Barnet have draw 3 of their last 4 games 2-2. I can see this being a draw myself, as neither team will want to lose or sit back and defend. Yet I do not think it will be very high scoring, 0-0 or 1-1. Knowing Notts they will invite Barnet to take the lead and remain the whole game being unlucky not to have won. Stick with the same team that played Doncaster.

Match Discussion: Game 36 - Monkey Hangers (H)
A must three pointer, I do not care how it happens but it must. I hope to see three changes at the very least but would understand Kevin Nolan choosing to stick with certain players.

Match Discussion: Game 35 - The Boro (A)
This was the worst performance under Kevin Nolan. Josh Clackstone was prone to being beaten and he simply made several comical errors, he needed replacing after they scored. He just looked like a fish out of water, there was no positive signs from him. I felt Haydn Hollis did well, you could see that he was trying. I never felt like Notts would score today but Stevenage's double goals in quick succession sealed our fate. After that you could tell which players just wanted to go home and who wanted to try and salvage something, yet there was nothing to our performance. At no point did I think or feel we could score. That is just how bad we was today! Its one game so no real concern but it will be interesting to see how they comeback from this.

Match Report: Stevenage put three past Notts County
Worst performance under Kevin Nolan, we will see what he is about as the manager because Sheridan wouldn't make any forced changes. Nolan will have to after that comical run out, defensive errors cost us any chance of salvaging the game and by far this shows that teams who have a better understanding can overturn us. Its just one game but it was that terrible. See how they come back from here and hope its not a Mansfield type game.
