  1. I do not see them being easy to break down, Wimbledon have some solid players for this division and only passing teams seem able to get one over them. I will be there Saturday, 1-1 but a good solid point.
  2. He can reside as a bit player at Notts, good luck to him!
  3. If we lose to Mansfield it could be the other side of the coin. For now we should focus on the positives, rather than finding things against him. It was a good win!
  4. Only winning will ease thing, problem is if we lose. What will he do?
  5. You do not have to explain it lad, its clear to anyone. I agree we do need to tie up contacts because it provides a sense of security and enjoyment of their football. Some players do not have this mind set but I would rather them not be here. From the board, staff, coaches, manager and players. It all needs to be stable and focused on achieving the same goals.
  6. Our away form will sort itself out, in most cases after tomorrow I suspect.
  7. Keep at it @notts-joe, you will get there!
  8. If we want to remain with any chance of making the playoffs, those pair need easing out because we was not defence and we certainly did not attack oxford convincingly. Good read Super Ram.
  9. Very odd interview, its like he is sending John a subliminal message to stay put.
  10. Richard clearly did not see the incident, it was a penalty and his attempt to take the focus a way from our poor performance has not worked. I expected him to come out with better.
  11. No, not the right man. Not at all, I hope he bows out respectfully.
  12. I agree with you @notts-joe, good read.
  13. I did not see Noble being carded, I was getting food. By this it looks like two players coming together with the Wycombe lad looking like he was pulling Noble. We played with a far better tempo yesterday, this must continue away from home.
  14. Both teams will want the win, tonight will be about who wants it more. I hope it is Notts!
  15. Cut the errors out, play like we did after the 23rd minute and we will be fine. Some of the player need to establish consistency now mind!
  16. You call the game well Joe, we looked a much different side once changes had been made but the first goal for Notts was important.
  17. If we had better away form we would be right up there, if I was Ricardo that would make me annoyed. He needs to work on the away form, along with the players or every game may be his last.
  18. One of my favourite PON reads! @Joe Jones Its a very informative feature to have.
  19. Not a player for me who had stood out much at all, good going forward but poor in defence. I think we could have afforded allowing her to leave myself.
  20. I have been to a dozen Boston games, mostly keeping tabs on former Notts lads and it was one of them who told me who Jordan came from. I did not know he was with us! I have to say he looks to be a real asset and a star of the future. Enjoyed watching him.
  21. upthepies commented on Joe Jones's article in News
The update is good, speed is acceptable and I do like the layout. I was not keen on the design at first, yet I believe Joe worked on this and improved it accordingly. PON will never please all but nobody can say it is not a great site, yet I do think some of the changes will help ease new people into the site. Joe's answers show how passionate he is about the site. Well done to all involved.
  22. I'll take the win now Super, do you gift wrap?
  23. The Juventus connection is fundamental and I hold hopes on a friendly at Meadow Lane one day. I am sure once they manage to find time, we may see this happen. As I said the other day, this is a great achievement by all.
  24. Well written article Tom, I am prepared to give him longer.
