Yes mate. I’ve still got lots of holes in my eyes and I’m at a high risk of it happening again with having diabetes but fingers crossed it doesn’t happen again. Still get lots of floaters especially when I’m tired which is usually after a match!

Yes mate that’s happened to me three times. I’ve still got lots of holes in both eyes but they don’t really affect your sight much but the detached retina can make you blind. When Charlie posted that I asked him if he’d had a D.R. as it sounded like it with how he’d described it. It’s not the best thing to get repaired either. Having someone cut your eyeball open with a knife while you’re awake is not pleasant especially after they’ve already injected your eye to try and make it numb for the cut!

For some reason I’ve stopped getting emails again. It goes from one extreme to the other. I used to get two emails the same time then all of a sudden they’ve completely stopped and I’ve missed rounds because I’m old and forget things easily!
