Notts County Manager Luke Williams Praises Team's Performance in Pre-Season Friendly
The club is making good progress. The new recruits appear to be settling in well and the coaching is helping to bring out the best in the squad. The focus now is on the upcoming away game against Sutton. It will be interesting to see whether Slocombe or Stone is selected to play. Both are strong choices, but it will be a difficult decision for Williams to make.

Frank Vincent joins The Daggers
Yes, this is a very good signing for Dagenham & Redbridge. With Frank Vincent being from London, it benefits both parties. I wish him well.

Notts County Manager Luke Williams Praises Team’s Performance in First Pre-Season Friendly
I'm thrilled to see Williams praise the team’s performance in their first pre-season friendly. It seems he realises the importance of starting strong and how significantly it can boost the team’s confidence moving forward. Nevertheless, his caution towards reading too much into the results shows fatherly wisdom. It’s a brilliant balance between encouragement and a gentle reminder to stay grounded.

Adam Summerton on League 2
Got to agree with @Piethagoram, the investment Gillingham is putting into their playing budget is impressive.

Nice gesture by Stoke FC
I am amazed and pleased by how simple, yet impactful gestures like the one Stoke City just showed can make such a difference. It adds more meaning to the sport and builds camaraderie, beyond just competition. Nicely done, Stoke, you've earned our respect!

Pre-release Discussion: Notts County's 2023/24 League Two Home and Away Kit
When I think of Newcastle’s past kits, I don’t recall a bad one. I’m sure they’ve had them, as all clubs do, but I especially like these following three shirts. If you scrap the blue at the sides (hard to see) and replace it with yellow, they’d all be superb. I think Notts could really make use of having a nice traditional kit similar to any of these.

Neal Ardley leaves Solihull Moors
I don’t know what to make of this. It seems like there might be more going on, but we may never know.

Fixture list announced
The local clubs such as Mansfield and Doncaster will all be fun games to play. Some of the Tuesday night games would be better if they were played on the weekend, but it may work to our advantage if fewer away fans come down for them.

Notts County’s Next Signings: What Position Should They Be?
With the arrival of Aidan Stone, it seems that we only need to sign some defenders. I would be content with one strong centre-back who can add to the excitement of the earlier signings.

England Kit Collecting
I have almost every England home shirt from the 90s up until 2015. Some are carefully folded away in zip bags to keep them safe, but I have several that I wear when England plays. I used to go and watch England matches from time to time with a group of friends who support Forest, Derby and Walsall.

Goalkeeper is latest signing
I was quite excited, but after reading the thoughts of Port Vale fans and some other discussions I found with a bit of Googling, I now feel indifferent. I think Tom Weal will be able to work with him, but Tiernan Brooks may not have anything to worry about.

Carabao Cup 1st round fixture announced
For the first draw, it’s good. I’m happy with it. I think we could have drawn any team and some fans wouldn’t be happy; that’s just the way some fans are.

Notts County’s Permanent Signings: Who’s Your Favourite?
I have voted for Jodi Jones because I feel he’s the one who will stick around and help us the most in gaining promotion. He was very good for Coventry City and will hopefully help us achieve our long-awaited return to the Championship one day.

The German Luton Town
@DangerousSausage, how do you think they will do in the German top flight? Are they tipped for relegation? I like the story of underdogs coming good and hope they manage to establish themselves in the Bundesliga.

Has Notts forgotten about Junior Morias?
As for Notts, I had to think twice about who he was. If that’s the case, then there’s something about him that has been forgotten. He had one touch in his cameo and looked very speedy. I can see him ending up being played out of position or maybe on the right, so perhaps Aaron Nemane won’t need replacing if he leaves?

Maddison pays tribute to Jodi Jones
It's such a wonderful and genuine gesture by James Maddison to give his shirt to Jodi Jones. It really shows the bond between former teammates.

Darren Moore and Gary O'neil - Sacked.
It's such a shame to see managers like Darren Moore and Gary O'Neil being sacked after successfully bringing their teams to higher levels. Football can be so ruthless sometimes. Best of luck to both of them in their future endeavours.

Reedtz Brothers Era "Feels like a good dream"
It's incredible how much the Reedtz brothers have done for Notts County in such a short time. They've truly turned the team around both on and off the field, and it's been a pleasure to follow the club throughout the past four years.

Dan Crowley signs
Dan Crowley does seem to be the replacement for Ruben Rodrigues, more so than David McGoldrick. However, both give Luke Williams options. It allows us to play DM up top, so it’s a good signing and the squad is almost complete in my eyes.

Notts County signs former Arsenal academy graduate Dan Crowley on 2-year-deal
Forget Ruben Rodrigues - well, not really - but say hello to the Dan Crowley show. I think he will thrive and be exceptional for Notts.

The Highs and Lows of Notts County’s National League Years: Overcoming Adversity
It’s amazing how the new owners were able to turn things around for the club. Their journey has been a rollercoaster of emotions, but it all paid off in the end.
