  1. Alfreton is a fairly close game, and fans can travel there by car, train or bus without any hassle. I'm personally really looking forward to it.
  2. Excellent player! He's a good capture by Notts, easily their best player and one who should fit in with Luke Williams tactics. It's a very exciting signing.
  3. He wasn't anything special but tried, it was one of those desperate gamble loans typical of that era's owners. Derby must have been laughing when we took him on loan.
  4. Welcome to the community and PON, @Lydia.
  5. After quickly glancing through the content, I find it quite fascinating. I can't help but wonder if it will feature his distinctive cinematic flair. It's truly wonderful to see Shane Meadows returning to television, demonstrating his outstanding writing skills.
  6. A dependable and committed option, he consistently gives his all. As someone who passionately embodies the black and white spirit, it is truly exciting to witness his continued presence. His unwavering loyalty makes him a reliable choice, and his dedication to the cause ensures a steadfast performance.
  7. I am eagerly anticipating witnessing the lads triumph over Forest in this encounter, as they possess several high-quality players, which would pose an excellent challenge for our team. It would only be fair, though, if Forest commit to fielding a majority of their first-team players for the match.
  8. It's absolutely brilliant to have Sam on board, I think some supporters have severely underestimated his capabilities, and while there might be wobbly moments here and there, he's leagues ahead of other keepers we've had in the past. I mean, just compare him to the likes of Ross Fitzsimons - no contest, really. Top stuff, that. So, let's get behind Sam and give him our full support!
  9. Hello, @McSwegansRightPeg. Welcome to the Pride of Nottingham. ????

  12. Hello, @BlackandWhitePie. Welcome to the Pride of Nottingham. ????
  13. I'm happythat Connell Rawlinson has decided to commit to the club for another two seasons. It's brilliant news for Luke Williams as it adds valuable depth to our roster. Not to mention, we've got the versatile Richard Brindley, who can cover in the centre-back department when needed. It looks like our squad is really taking shape as we move forward. Fingers crossed those other offers get signed swiftly so we can bolster the team with a few fresh faces. Exciting times ahead, indeed!
  14. This is fantastic news! I am absolutely thrilled. Kyle Cameron and Jim O'Brien are the next ones on my wish list, fingers crossed! Come on Notts, let's keep this momentum going!
  15. I appreciate the point made, and my faith in it would be stronger if both the manager and players were in full support of the message. It's hard to fault a club with such a driven owner.
  16. I understand that it may seem like some players aren't as dedicated, but I reckon they're just taking a break from football. It's normal for a few to wait for better deals, which can provide more comfort for their families. Adam Chicksen may have delayed his agreement, but his situation could be unlike the others. I'm quietly confident that most, if not all, will sign on again.
  17. Welcome to PON, @LesBradd4England. I like your username, Les deserved call ups to the national team for sure.
  18. Welcome to PON, @Magpie Bill.
  19. Sorry, I thought the message hadn't sent. Good to have you on board @HarryNCFC0.
  20. Hi there @HarryNCFC0, welcome to the Pride of Nottingham!
  21. German fans really know how to support each other, they're a great example of loyal supporters. It's really commendable how they take care of fans who are struggling with depression.
  22. He's got a style people know him for, and he looks good even though he's getting older. He seems like the kind of person who'd be happiest with a simple life.
  23. Did he spend much time at Notts? I believe I may have several ideas, but I would like to narrow it down.
  24. I am intrigued as to how Notts County will fare against their competitors in League Two. However, I am also becoming increasingly frustrated with the continuous strikes and relentless rise in expenses. One might wonder where these funds are supposed to originate. Perhaps I should consider going on strike myself to afford necessities? It seems to be a vicious cycle.
  25. I am confident that there are members whose posts I have read, but they have ceased sharing; however, I am unable to remember anyone specifically at the moment. I sincerely hope more individuals return and actively participate.
