  1. Do you take the same drugs as clifton? Obviously our defenders should be keeping a top 6 championship clubs multi million pound strike force out the game as if we were playing Long Eaton United.

No i wasn't so much talking about that its more his approach to doing deals, he starts by saying what can you do for us not how can we lay down for you like our politicians.

The issue for me with any politician is that they are working in favour of their funders & friends, irrelevant on which political side you stand, thats the truth unfortunately. They being the politicians gave our power away for favours back in the 80's, they being the politicians should now for once do what is best for the people they apparantly represent. Donald Trump can be an abhorrent pig but if you take notice of what he is trying to say on certain subjects like brexit he's actually bang on the money.

  6. Marc Bola regularly did that, if I could just have one more wish player wise it would be Jorge Grant back, just imagine him being in a team with players on the same wavelength like Patching, Kellet etc.
  7. A relaxed Luton are more dangerous in my opinion as they have the players to really hurt any team, they miss their fulcrum in Luke Berry though and for me his absence is the reason they didn't win the league
  8. One of the lessons KN & RT have to learn (they have developed so much during the season so far) for next season is that football has moved on, you can no longer start the game defending a 0-0 hoping to nick a goal at some point, whilst the tactics have to change to a degree, we are much much better on the front foot, we just don't work very well trying to defend a 0-0. It was nearly the same at Barnet, the difference being that i don't think i have seen such a piss poor display from Notts for a very long time. The teams that win leagues rarely dramatically change their tactics, whilst they will try to combat another teams strengths that is hand in hand with their natural way of playing. At home we normally always look very very dangerous going forward & not bad in defence, away from home has been non-existent going forward and our defence looks like they are the charge of the light brigade soldiers.
  9. For me you have to ask yourself if you would want to see a player play against you, it is a massive no with Jon Stead for me. As you said great player and still has a lot to give
  10. The Shola witch hunt I agree is ridiculous, Forte is never going to be good enough imo, best as a last 25 min sub. Looking forward to Husin & Walker this afternoon, but wtf is Virtue doing anywhere near a shirt?
  11. I have no problem whatsoever with his reaction yesterday or at any other point. The Ref was a joke yesterday
  12. i was sat in the Family stand for this game and how that clown of a referee didn't award a penalty for the foul on Shola was / is beyond belief, all game he just made the decisions up as he went along and if you look Liam Nobles booking he has no inclination to book in until their centre half starts having a word with him then he calls him back to book him. Also who makes the stats up with how many shots we had and how many were on target? The stats on the BBC website are just plain baffling.
  13. Plus you know you're sh1te when the only option you have is Matty Virtue.
  14. John Tompson summed our season up perfectly when he said Chesterfield are playing football and Nott's are just hoofing aimless balls towards Ameobi & Stead.... We got found out mid November and haven't changed it since, unfortunately
  15. Back on track is a little far fetched tbh, we were extremely lucky but you never know, this could be a turning point. One word of caution though, if we play like that against Mansfield we'll be extremely lucky not to be on the end of a proper hammering.
