Notts County 0 - 1 Fleetwood Town
Good accurate report, afraid after the Preston result we have been brought down to earth.
-
Bristol City 2 - 1 Notts County
Gutted at the result, stayed over night in Bristol and all the Bristol supports on the radio phone in said we were the better team and we should have won. Steve Cotteriall also said that they played badly, but when you are struggling like Notts are you do not get the results you deserve. He also said that he hoped we would stay up

Brentford 3 - 1 Notts County
Afraid the result was to be expected, Brentford are a good team. Most disappointing is the wins for Tranmere, Carlisle and Crewe.
-
Crewe Alexandra 1 - 3 Notts County
Good result, carried on from the Carlisle game, we started strong and took the lead, Crewe came back in the and dominated without causing us to many problems. As it as happened to us, when you are chasing the game you leave yourself wide open to a counter attack, which we took full advantage. Spencer and Murray took a lot of the headlines, but JCR who can be so frustrating at times, took a lot of pressure of our defence with great runs down the full length of the pitch. Roll on Saturday for another double

Notts County 4 - 1 Carlisle United
Great result, but the first 25 minutes were the worst I have seen them play at home this season. Then the goal, what a change, confidence came flooding back and they played to there full potential. Lack of confidence due to the poor start at the beginning of the season is one the reasons we are in our current league position. Lets hope we can now kick start some sort of form and have a outside chance of saving our league 1 status.
