Thank you, Chris.
Thank you, @Chris, for my display picture. I have been using an Aussie club’s badge since arriving at Meadow Lane, but they don’t play our football. I asked him if he would make the necessary changes to make it more Notts related. I think he has done a superb job; it’s a lot more detailed now.

The bond between Notts players, club, and fans
The relationship between the club and fans right now needs to be nurtured. It’s very important that the club and the media team understand this. I think Luke Williams and the players do, but it isn’t something that can be taken for granted. We have seen this under previous owners who lost interest once they had alienated the supporter base. I don’t think this will happen under the Reedtz watch, but I am mindful that the club may become used to it and therefore not encourage it in the same healthy way that we see right now. It makes Notts County feel even more special; it makes you appreciate that we are a family club.

Southend immediate 10 pts deduction
It’s grim at Southend, but we aren’t seeing as much coverage in the news as we had with Bury and other clubs that were struggling. For example, when Bolton had issues, it was a big story, but all clubs in this situation are newsworthy. I hope their owner sells up and that the club can move on.

Jodie Jones Grimsby goal stands
Jodie will be delighted with the decision. Really, I don’t see the harm in awarding the goal to him.

Notts County Looks to Build on Recent Success Against Doncaster Rovers
Tomorrow's game is crucial for the team's confidence moving forward. So far, Jodi Jones whose impressive form lately has us all looking forward to another match-winning performance. More precisely, it's our attack that needs an uplift, with creativeness and precision being key.

Gateshead friendly incident
It’s all just chaos and terrible. Some people are becoming bigger and bigger idiots, even if the intentions are true. It’s still stupid.

It sounds like the usual minor injuries and fatigue that come with preseason training. Can't wait to see the team in action once the season starts.

Luke Williams Shares His Insight into Notts County’s Pre-Season Friendly Against Nottingham Forest
What strikes me most about Williams' approach after the game is his commitment to open communication regarding the areas that need improvement. This honesty will surely resonate with the players, fostering mutual respect, accountability, and drive to do better. The fact that Williams personally took responsibility for causing the distraction that led to Forest's goal shows his maturity and leadership. This can't be easy but it's this kind of attitude and behaviour that elevates a good coach to a great one. I'm eager to see how the team evolves and improves in the coming weeks.
