Marvellous awareness! Meadow Lane used to get very cold just watching a game, so it will be a test to camp out along the pitch and to be without all the technology that exists today. Well done to all involved.

Make as many changes as possible but leave the key players in that can be afforded to start, I wouldn't play Jon Stead or Enzio Boldewijn. Knowing Notts one or the other would get injured.

It shows what the manager thinks of the competition when he already decides to name some of the players early, this would never happen for a league game.

Excellent goal by Notts, it was well taken and I don't think they was outclassed all that much from the highlights.

My prediction would be 1-0 to Notts. I would guess that Stead would get the only goal of the game and I do feel both teams will play despite what my prediction would suggest. Another at this point in time could continue to lift the club.

It's a shame Notts don't have a proper ladies squad, as this would have been the type of game to inspire them. It should be a good game, does anyone know if it's on TV?

This has to be a win at all costs, it could be a good month for once as a Notts fan but this game is crucial. It won't be easy but I feel the work rate is paying off and the confidence is growing, I just want to see the team avoid throwing it a way.

It looked a brilliant display and an entertaining game by all accounts, it seems Crawley tried but couldn't the net until near the end. It's good to read comments about every area for Notts improving. Jon Stead is proving himself to be an excellent captain.

Play smart, be careful in possession and creative on the ball. I think the confidence is shifting towards good things, if Notts press wisely it could pay off. Another 3 points please!

Their keeper looks worse than Ross Fitzsimons, awkward with coming for the ball and he doesn't seem to like crosses. If I was Harry Kewell i would be playing to his weaknesses and pressing for the goal. The defence looks very poor too, so it could be a good game if the Notts players work hard and stand tall.

Jamie Turley sounds like a good character to have around the dressing room, he could become a fan favourite if he continues.

The focus has to be on playing positive football and enjoying it, it's important that Notts defends better. Enjoying playing would make this much easier as the players would put in that extra effort because of the buzz they get from performing in front of the fans, the hardest part is to break a losing streak when the form is low and the draw against Stevenage may be enough to bring back the Notts we know. I hope for 2-1 win. Hemmings and Evina to score.

Jon's won fans over again, hope he can remain in form. He seems to be in the zone and one of our best players right now.
