Notts were the better side for long stretches of this game. Possession-wise, we dominated, and I thought we were creating more in terms of attacking play. However, when you have so many chances but can’t finish, it makes it hard to win matches. Walsall took their chances really well, and that made the difference. Looking forward to the weekend's match against Colchester, and I hope we come back stronger.

Please just win Notts, it should never be down to the other side losing. Talk about judgement day!

The plus is how the form under Neal Ardley has improved, it's looking somewhat optamistic now but if Macclesfield scrap any good results it will make things harder. Great result though, long due too.

Everyone should give up hope and expectation, it seems the players respond to that. Fantastic win last night.

Notts needs to keep for Mansfield players quiet, Neal Bishop, Jorge Grant, Kyle Walker and CJ Hamilton. Neal Bishop is easy, just focus on playing passing football. He struggles to do that sort of pretty stuff, yes he can break it up but that's mostly through being physical and he could end up being sent off if Notts plays well.

Any team is winnable with effort, this squad isn't a bad one but they haven't worked hard enough until this past weekend. Only a handful of Nolans and Kewell's players have given a good service. Let's keep a clean sheet please.

His errors have really cost him, pre season the year before we released him he looked awful. It seems to have continued from there, you do not go down the leagues for no reason. I like him but he has wasted his opportunity.
