Leicester City 0 Notts County 4 .... 40 years ago today
I’d be interested in learning more about this game. Have we ever had a rivalry with them?

Charlton sack their manager..and an ex Notts connection...
Concerned about Charlton? I think we should be more apprehensive about Eastleigh making a move for him. That’s likely why they let go of Lee Bradbury. ???? They aspire to emulate our success despite their poor start to the season.

Jodie Jones called up for Malta
It’s wonderful news for Jodi Jones! I’m thrilled for him. He seems to return from his international duties with renewed vigour. It’s beneficial for both him and us.

Eastleigh sack Lee Bradbury
Eastleigh should have given their manager more time to improve things. It’s regrettable that they decided to dismiss him so early into the new season.

cedwyn scott injury
It’s unfortunate what happened to Cedwyn Scott, such an unexpected incident leading to his injury. He’s shown promise both as a substitute and a starter, often being in a position to score for us. I sincerely hope his recovery doesn’t take too long.

Match Discussion: Game 5 - Super White Army (H)
The game began promisingly, with effective passing that opened up the play. Tranmere appeared decent in their attack, demonstrating ample speed and causing an early worry when Jennings shot over. However, defensively, we remained composed and collected. The performance was commendable. John Bostock was consistently excellent throughout the match; his quality was evident in his daring passes that others wouldn’t even attempt, thereby increasing our threat by repeatedly putting Jodi Jones through. Matt Palmer also performed well, with Richard Brindley providing solid defence. The second half was outstanding, even with us being down to 10 men. I don’t believe Tranmere deserved anything from the match; Notts dominated from beginning to end, although they did provide us with a challenge.

Mike Dean - VAR
His comments left me both shocked and surprised. Such remarks are not characteristic of an intelligent individual. He either lacks concern or is aware that there will be no consequences for his words. His behaviour is unacceptable in the game, and it’s fortunate that he has retired.

Notts County secures hard-fought victory over Tranmere Rovers
I believed that the commencement of the match was pivotal. From the moment the game began, we demonstrated our desire for possession and applied pressure. John Bostock’s performance was exceptional, his astute passing and ability to decelerate the game significantly enhanced our forward momentum. All players performed admirably, but several could have been named Man of the Match. For now, my choice would still be Bostock, although others such as Richard Brindley and Aaron Nemane were equally impressive.

Transfer deadline day looms...Ins and outs?
Is there any news, or has the deadline passed? I wasn’t expecting us to sign anyone.

Classic TV Red Dwarf tonight
I’ve watched the rebooted series, my parents don’t find it as humorous as the original series, despite it featuring the same cast. However, I quite enjoy it.

Bank Holiday Weekend Plans
If the weather permits, I’ll be heading to the park with some friends for a game of football. Some of them I don’t see very often due to leaving school, but we’ve decided to meet up for a kickabout. Like everyone else here, I’ll be at Meadow Lane tomorrow!

An interesting story from Brazil... Red Bull Bragatino
I hope it works out for them, I don’t know much about the football there but it does make me curious as to why Red Bull decided to purchase them.

Richard Brindley on Adapting to League Two and His New Role in the Back Three
Richard Brindley is perfectly capable, I do believe he offers a lot going forward and protects the ball better than Aden Baldwin and Kyle Cameron, but Brindley has the pace to outpace the opposition. He fits into the centre-back role very well, it’s where I think we need to let him settle in. Keeping him in form will help him adapt further into the role.

Match Discussion: Game 5 - Super White Army (H)
Notts indeed need to continue building on this form. Last season, the winning streaks and unbeaten runs were a significant part of what made Notts so challenging to play against. We are finding our footing, but I believe we should perform well at home. Ensuring that Aidan Stone is protected and keeping them at bay is something I’m keen to see, without any of these careless passes that get intercepted. My prediction would be 2-0. I believe Macaulay Langstaff and Kyle Cameron will be the ones to score.

Thank you, Chris.
That looks excellent, the mascot does look idea for Notts but the changes does make it better.

Notts County Aim to Build on Recent Good Form Against Tranmere Rovers
A positive outcome could indeed serve as a catalyst for our season. I anticipate that Tranmere will concentrate on launching attacks down the flanks and creating havoc from set pieces. We must maintain a strong defensive line and stay vigilant, as I believe they won’t squander any decent opportunities. The onus is on Aidan Stone to make some exceptional saves, or our defenders to block, tackle, and battle to propel us forward.

League Two News Roundup: Get the Latest Updates and Developments
It’s rather amusing that Phil Parkinson has resorted to complaints now that Wrexham isn’t performing as well, and how Ben Foster has chosen to retire simply because he’s conceded a few goals. Things aren’t looking too bright for them, but I believe if you sign a one-year contract and then retire after conceding five goals, you can’t be all that serious about football.

Jodie Jones Grimsby goal stands
Good news for Jodi Jones, I believe he should score plenty more goals over the course of the season but it’s wonderful to see this one credited to him.
