Match Discussion: PSF - The Boro (A)
I am planning to go to the game; it should be a good game, and for our first friendly, it will be interesting to see how the players settle in together.

CEO position
It could be, but I would agree that quitting one job and saying you want to focus on your family business, and then joining a different team sounds a bit off. I think it’s more than likely that the family business is either close to folding due to COVID or he can make more money that way. I think it’s unconnected, to tell you the truth.

Celebrities Do Nothing
It's the 'celebrity culture' that often cultivates these pointless stories. Sensationalising mundane acts tends to happen a lot.

5,000 season tickets
The positive atmosphere surrounding these ticket sales assures me that Notts County is on the right track. We keep this up and who knows what we could achieve next season. Ahead, Notts!

Matty Palmer the beating heart of Notts County
I echo the sentiment about Matty Palmer's finishing. If he can add more goals to his game, he would be even more of a threat.

Andy Dallas to Gillingham?
Interesting to see where this goes. Dallas to Gillingham could work out well.

News on this seasons kits
I won’t complain, but I understand where fans are coming from. That’s just the way Puma is and I can’t see it changing. They don’t do much to be a good kit supplier. The way they are will impact their sales. It hurts them too, but what can we do? It’s just one of those things.

Home shirt sponsors revealed
Some fans are talking about starting an appeal to get it changed! How sad, just a little bit of writing in red. If it were more prominent or ruined the shirt, I might feel differently, but this is just silly. I’m thankful for the money as we can put it to good use.

tiernan brooks to cork city?
I would prefer it to be a loan. It would be disappointing to sell such a promising keeper. The article doesn’t seem noteworthy as it switches to talking about a midfielder. I think it may just be speculation, but we’ll see where this goes.

Pre-release Discussion: Notts County's 2023/24 League Two Home and Away Kit
I can't help but agree that the preference for traditional black and white with no gold or yellow trim. Keeping it simple and traditional has its own beauty. The focus should be on the quality and fit of the fabric rather than on flashy colours. The players need to be comfortable in their kit while reflecting our club's traditional colour scheme.

Goalkeeper is latest signing
I hope Aidan Stone's arrival motivates our other goalkeepers to step up their game and compete for the first-choice spot. Healthy competition within the team can only improve our performances.

League 2 - Favourite away ground?
I am most looking forward to playing Tranmere Rovers; Prenton Park is a gorgeous traditional football ground. It reminds me of Meadow Lane; these types of stadiums give a nostalgic feel. It’s also a Championship standard ground in my eyes. I don’t like their new badge; it’s very horrific.

Fixture list announced
The fixture release seems fine to me; no real concerns. A decent start; some can moan about the games being boring or whatever, but this will disappear if we get off to a good start.
-
Carabao Cup 1st round fixture announced
It beats the standard boring cup clash that we tend to get; we haven’t played Lincoln for some time and they are a side which we will be hoping to beat. It’s good for both teams!

Notts County’s Next Signings: What Position Should They Be?
My hopes are just on a single defender; I do feel there will be more but I personally would like to see a marquee signing at the back.
-
Notts County’s Time Capsule: What Would You Include?
You have to put an official football in, maybe a captain’s armband from an important game. Squad photos of as many Notts teams as possible, with a reference to all the players’ names are/were.
-
Has Notts forgotten about Junior Morias?
I feel like he might become a useful player off the bench, especially in games where we need to change things up and inject some pace. Let's give him a chance.

Notts County’s Permanent Signings: Who’s Your Favourite?
Well, experience is always a useful benefit to have in a team that wants to chase another promotion, so I have also decided to choose David McGoldrick. All the signings should be class!

Key Dates in Notts County’s 2023-24 Season
It’s good to have the new season fixtures out; it brings renewed excitement for the season ahead. I think Notts should be looking at the dates and thinking they can have another real good go at promotion.

Belated promotion celebrations “not feasible”
If the city is spending money on events like this, then it should be done right and in a timely manner. We shouldn’t have to accept a belated celebration that has lost its significance. I don’t blame Notts for rejecting it, but I do agree it should have happened sooner. I’m sure the club is making plans of its own with us returning to the Football League. Our first season back will be special, so why not do it alone?

Reedtz Brothers Era "Feels like a good dream"
I genuinely believe Notts County couldn't be in better hands than with the Reedtz brothers. They have proven that they have the club's best interests at heart and are focused on creating long-term success for the fans and the team.
