My daughters and their children agree with me that the EU was bad for our Country. Don't be so sure that millennials, generation Z and Alpha will not be against what the EU stand for, especially with the uncontrollable immigration and illegals flooding into the Country, who's values do not fit with ours. Brexiteers have children and grandchildren too and they will be the new generation of Brexiteers.

You talk about racism. What about the racists and antisemites that are controlling the Labour Party? And that controlling is only going to get larger year by year Of course you'll deny it, but it is true and everyone knows it.
  3. What we now know going into Feb 24 is that Notts have done well to maintain their position in the playoffs in League 2. The January transfer window has ended with new additions, and our new Head Coach Stuart Maynard will want to push on and achieve a playoff spot in our first season back . I believe we have an excellent chance of doing it, so long as the leaking of goals is drastically reduced.
  4. Unfortunately, Luke Williams never solved our continuing problems in defence, but now we have a new Head Coach who has made it clear that he intends to make the changes that will strengthen our defence going forward. This may involve a more cautious approach going forward, that may in turn reduce our potency up front, but there has to be the right balance all across the pitch, to be a success in this division.
  5. I agree with the sentiments reflected on this thread. It's nice to see that Notts are gaining so many young new supporters, which bodes well for the future Notts fan base.
  6. I would thank them for what they have done for our club by saving our club. I would also thank them for getting us back to the Football League, I would then ask them what their long term plans would be for the Team and the Stadium.

  8. Very good interview by Charlie Slater. His love and passion for Notts shon through. It was massive when he came back to play for us.

Talk about respecting someone else's opinion. But Whatever. FBPE always trying to shut down alternative opinion. They never change but whatever..
  10. Macca is the exception. I would be asking at least £4million from a Championship club.
  11. Great signing today. This boy is going to do big things for us. And there is going to be competition up front, now Jatta has joined us, still subject to getting a work visa.
  12. Yes @super_ram Ferenc Puskas, one of the greatest Footballers of all time, and we had another great of all time in that Real Madrid side too, Alfredo Di Stefano. Lots may disagree but I think that Madrid side could compete and beat all of the top sides today on their day
  13. A mild but cloudy start across the UK on Friday.
  14. I don't think I could add to all the kind words that have been written on this thread about Matt Palmer, All I can say is that writing this 6 months or so down the line, with 3/5ths of the season gone and Matty probably out for most of the season with a bad injury, he has been greatly missed by Notts and our performances haven't been the same since he became injured. That is a testament to how good he had been for Notts last season and the first part of this one. As I write he is on the road to recovery and hopefully he will return before the end of the season.
  15. For me it shouldn't be on win percentage, I believe it should be judged by your success by getting promoted & winning Cups. If it were judged purely on that my choice would be. 1 Jimmy Sirrel. 2 Neil Warnock . 3 Tom Harris. FA Cup Winner. 4 Albert Fisher. 5 Eric Houghton. 6 Horace Henshall. 7 Sam Allardyce. 8 Frank Hill. 9 Steve Cotterill. 10 Howard Kendall.
  16. Neil Warnock is an absolute legend at Notts for what he did for us. Leading us from the Third Division to the First in successive seasons, equivalent of going from the League 1 to the Premier League that may never be achieved again by a Manager. I rate him number 2 behind Jimmy Sirrel and that says much for him because Jimmy was a genius with Neil not far behind. And I'm proud to have witnessed it all
  17. Fantastic news tonight for Notts. Alassana Jatta joins Notts subject to international clearance and visa approval.

I disagree. Don't you accept that you are being gas lit by the liberal progressive remoaner establishment? Some spend their life and their time either trying to knock Brexit or smear leading Brexiteers and those like myself who voted Brexit, we are used to it and it is water off a duck's back to us. Rees Mogg is a respected politician and a devout Christian & although I don't support his party, I believe he's being honest in saying he didn't mislead the Queen, but even if he did & I believe he didn't, that has absolutely nothing to do with Brexit. And him moving funds has nothing to do with Brexit either. How about discussing the farmers in the EU complaining about the EUs green policies. Tusk riding roughshod over democracy in Poland. The corrupt EU Parliament ignoring voters according to the Polish MEP, how about the fact that the EU has negotiated no free trade deals with any other Country outside the EU since the UK left the EU 4 years ago? Yet the UK has completed dozens of free trade deals in the same time. Our economy is growing faster than France, Germany is in recession, the EU economy is shrinking compared to the rest of the World. We are signing trade deals with Countries where their economies are growing & the CPTPP that we have joined will be bigger than the EU in the near future. Lots of positivity there. And we signed a free trade deal with the EU too. We have no problem with a Free trade deal, we don't want the political union
  19. In my opinion every single club should play their strongest side for every game they play. If they don't field their best team they should be fined or removed from the competition. There's too much of it in the Premier League because the rich teams focus is on the Premier League and champions league. That's where they make their money. It is even creeping into the lower league teams and I think it is a retrograde step. Meanwhile, because these Premier League teams have large squads with superior second string players, they can afford to put out a B team. When this happens the football fan is cheated of seeing the great players in action, and seeing their lower league side compete with the best. I just don't like it when teams put out B teams.
  20. The Notts side has certainly missed Matty Palmer since he became injured and our slump in form happened more or less when he wasn't in the side. Dan Crowley has done well, but since Christmas Jodi Jones has been absolutely outstanding, so he's my number one choice for now.
  21. In an ideal World I would love our Club to own the land that our Stadium stands on, however the main focus of Notts owners should be to get Notts into the championship, and to use any spare capital to acquire players that will get us there. We have a Stadium large enough for the Championship. Once we are a established Championship club, then look to buy the land, only if the owners feel it's worthwhile to do so.

Polish MEP calling out the corrupt EU Parliament & EU that no longer represent democracy but only gives allegiance to the EU project. Thank God for Brexit.
