Agree. The Brothers will support SM unless the next 6 games are a disaster. They know chopping and changing does not work and I believe the stats support this too. Changing manager mid season only works less than half the time. A manager needs at least 3, preferably 4 windows to make it his team. This allows contracts to run out and free up funds as well as time for tactics to evolve and improve with experience. Sadly, most owners and so many supporters fail to see this. Fortunately The Brothers are not so short sighted. We need to remember how fortunate we are to have them as owners.
