He is hoping 4/5 players in and same out in January , need strong characters , and good ability to change this run , to keep us in the league , then really sort out in the summer and build .

I guess when things are going wrong it doesn't take much to knock any confidence , be a players own performance the teams performance or poor decision's by offials , all play a part , but strength of character and damn hard work pulls you through or should .

Agree with DangerousSausage , we are a long way off that hoped for goal , league status is the goal , we must remain , this is a huge job for JS make no mistake on that .

I think the sentiments expressed above by weymouthPIE's blog are well expressed and felt by the majority of fans of this great club , fresh blood at the highest level of the club is definitely needed , we need someone who wants to be here , someone with passion for the club , and with a real plan to get where they say they want to take the club , and be realistic . Why no news out the club again unless I've missed any , we should be allowed to be in the know , its club destroying this silence .

It's not good enough at all , its been this way for to long , different managers same outcome , so what is the problem ?? The players just simply aren't good enough , most are probably national league players , until a revamp of playing staff is undertake then this will continue , JS is a good manager at this level but the tools at his disposal are poor .

We know , we watch , just work to put it right , inspire, lead , motivate , organise , to help be better as a team you are the head of .

That's a big blow , JS was on fire so will be a big miss , like to wish him well and a good recovery , guess it gives other players a chance to shine , let's hope someone grasps the opportunity .

Good points above well made , if ever the team needed our support this season Saturdays game is one for sure , this team is a work in progress much still needs doing to be a good side regularly , win a few lose a few could well be the pattern for much of the campaign , but COYP nonetheless
