  1. Mrs. T managed to do the full 5k Park Walk yesterday and I was happy to walk rather than run as it was so hot.
  2. Oh dear @Chris you really don’t like Charlie do you? ????
  3. I thought we did enough to win, shame about the defending for their goal but what a goal from Captain Cameron, Macca could have won it late on but for a brilliant save from their goalie.
  4. I’m pretty sure there will be some squad rotation for this game, I wouldn’t be surprised to see 8, 9 or 10 changes from todays team. To be honest it’s not a game I’m particularly interested in apart from hoping they win, I won’t be going to watch it.
  5. I think it must have been your signal @cheeky~k8 my stream didn’t have any problems it was perfect, no buffering at all.
  6. My stream was excellent, I enjoyed the match and thought we should have won. Their goal was very sloppy defending, you don’t very often see attacking players given free rein to run at goal without any closing down or a challenge. However on the positive side Notts reacted to the set back really well and they were putting crosses into the box and really pressurising the MK defence it was no surprise when we went level and what a goal from Cameron of all people. Then we really could have won from the Langstaff header had the goalie not stuck a leg out, in fairness it was a brilliant save and Macca must have been gutted it didn’t go in, he did everything right.
  7. Wordle 812 4/6* ⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜ ⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜ ⬜????⬜⬜⬜ ???????????????????? First two rows no letters, even on the third row I only had one. There ere very few letters left that I hadn’t used that would make a word.
  8. @gtownjohnno I used iFollow Notts, I guess it’s the same. Just £10 for a match pass. https://www.nottscountyfc.co.uk/ifollow/subscribe/
  9. @gtownjohnno I use the browser on my smart tv to log in, it’s a bit long winded putting email and password in using the tv controller but worth it for the large screen picture.
  10. Yes, I’ll be buying the stream, I can watch it on my large screen telly, it’s only a tenner so I think it’s worth it.
  11. Yep, I’ve fallen foul of that, I always switch off notifications now. I had to laugh when my son was in Croatia he was watching the Women’s World Cup final same time as me, he sent me a message “wow, what a great goal”, it was 0-0 on my screen, a minute later the goal happened for me too, he said it was because he was nearer to Australia than I was, I wasn’t sure whether to believe that or not.
  12. Err, you aren’t stereotyping elderly people are you @Chris ? YOU NEVER SEE ME USING CAPITALS! Oops! Have a word with your lad @super_ram ????
  13. The dream team back together.
  14. Dan Crowley is yet another great signing, he seems to get better every game, I love watching him play, he’s one of our smaller players but he certainly gets stuck in and has scored some great headers.
  15. Williams works extremely hard and deserves every accolade that comes his way in my opinion. Credit should also go to the rest of the management team and of course to the players who put into practice his methods. The future looks very bright at the moment with Williams at the helm.
  16. Yes I do remember this, I watched it on TV, I wrote this on my Facebook page: ????
  17. Hmm, seems he wasn’t sacked but walked, I wonder if he’s got other irons in the fire. Good luck to him wherever he ends up.
  18. Wordle 811 5/6* ⬜????????⬜⬜ ⬜⬜⬜???????? ⬜???????????????? ????⬜???????????? ???????????????????? Struggled with this one.
  19. Morning all, it’s Friday and the weekend is nearly upon us, what plans have you got for this weekend? Today I’ve got gardening to do if it’s not too hot, tonight it’s one of Mrs. T’s famous curries and a pint of beer. Tomorrow I’m doing the park run but hopefully Mrs. T will be with me and we will walk the course if she feels well enough with our Survivors of Bereavement T shirts on to raise awareness of our charity on the day before World Suicide Prevention Day. Later on Saturday I’ll live stream Notts match and we’ll bbq some pork steaks for tea. What are your plans?
  20. @CliftonMagpie I’m always available as @Fozzy says I live on here.
  21. I’ve got a lot of time for Neal Ardley, I thought he was always honest with us the fans during his time at Notts, I hope he brings success to York City.
  22. He’s a special player the like of which we haven’t seen for a few years, the fans always have a special rapport with a goal scorer, remember how much Lee Hughes was loved? Also from my early days of watching Notts the fans loved Tony Hateley, simply because these players create excitement, Macca is carrying on that tradition and long may it continue.
  23. He talked about his mum and dad who are an inspiration to him, they always worked hard at whatever they did, his Dad has been a black cab driver all his life and still is. He talked about how much he loved Nottingham and especially the warmth of the people, he said he gets stopped at least 5 times every week by people who have been fans for 50-60 years and they say how much they are enjoying watching Notts. He said MK Dons are a new club and haven’t got supporters who are from years ago like Notts. He also talked about the group of players and how proud he is of them all. It was a lovely interview and he genuinely seemed really happy not only to be in Nottingham but to be at the helm of our club.
  24. Are you travelling to the match @liampie? If so safe travels and give them a shout for me, hopefully you’ll see a great match and a positive result from our point of view.
