Looks a bit bracing on the east coast @Chris Saturday morning I did a 5k park run along with 400 other runners, the rest of the day I relaxed in the garden sunshine, then watched Coventry v Luton play off final and had Chilli Con Carne for tea. Today I went for a walk with Mrs. Fan of Big Tone along the canal, we saw a lot of people on a bridge with cameras waiting for the Lancaster Bomber to fly over, we waited a while but wasn’t sure how long it would be so we carried on but we’re lucky enough to see it as it flew right over our heads really low. In the afternoon I watched the league 2 play off final, followed immediately after by watching the Premiership game between Leicester and West Ham. Tonight we watched a film called Loopers starring Bruce Willis, a science fiction film about time travel, it was ok but we had to put subtitles on as the Americans seem to have a lazy way of speaking and it was hard to catch the dialogue. No offence @AmericanPie ???? That was my weekend.

Wooton is injured and not in the squad and Dennis on the bench 20 mins left Stockport winning 1-0.

Found it @super_ram He’s looking at a tiny lizard poking its head out of a crevice in a fence.

I think justice was done because they finished top of the play off pack like us, the game wasn’t as exciting as our our play off final but the penalties must have been nerve racking for the fans. I felt sorry for the player who missed the penalty, I hope he doesn’t get mindless abuse on social media.

I’ll be watching Luton v Coventry I’m not sure who I want to win, I have a friend who’s a mad keen Coventry fan I know he’d love them to go up but I’m drawn to the Luton story it’d be lovely for their fans too.

He’s certainly a character. ????

@Nocturnal-Magpie I have been briefly to Corfu Town when a cruise I was on stopped for one day, we thought it was lovely hence we wanted to go back for a longer stay (10 days) this time.

I love summer, unfortunately it never seems to last as long as winter, which is totally depressing with long, cold, dark nights.

Week one: It’s working so far, I started the week at 13st 2lb and I’m now 12st 12.5lb so I’ve lost a total of 3.5 so far. I’m pleased I’ve dropped below 13st and I want to lose at least another 5lb.
