This is getting a little political but I believe people should be allowed to withdraw their labour and ask for better conditions and more money, otherwise employers will and do take advantage while making vast profits for themselves and their shareholders. The cost of living has soared in recent times, food prices have gone up, interest rates are the highest for years affecting people’s mortgages, some working people are having to resort to food banks, it is really hard for some people to make ends meet. So let’s think before we knock the unions or their members, yes sometimes we are inconvenienced by strikes but if the cause is a just one I will support them.

Very sad and makes you think it could have been us, I hope it’s resolved for the sake of the fans and the community.

My carer said I could stay up late if I was a good boy and apparently it’s jelly for tea tomorrow. ????

If he’s going to go then Derby might be the best place so that @super_ram can keep us abreast of his progress, I hasten to add I hope he doesn’t go though.

A lot of ex players seem to start up Football Academies these days. Anyone remember Gary Lund? I guess you’re all too young, he became an Estate Agent in West Bridgford. I think I read Don Masson was a financial advisor.

There are some truly memorable goals in that compilation it’s so difficult to pick one but I’d go for Joel Taylor what a goal!

Peter Reid springs to mind but I don’t think he played in non league.

I miss @Feral Fox and @PTID1862 from long ago, we were the “three amigos” but sadly lost touch, I hope they are well.

@AmericanPie I’m just the opposite I have everything Apple, phone, iPad and computer and I love them, I was given a pc laptop for my charity work and it seems so “user unfriendly” compared to my apple gadgets. They are expensive but worth it in my opinion. Sorry that’s no help to you regarding recommendations, hopefully others will be able to help.

I am a life long Rolling Stones fan, I’ve been to see them live a few times. I do like lots of different types of music, blues is one favourite, I also enjoy Trad Jazz after being subjected to it by my father from a young age.

I heard it was not his choice and the Post are cutting back on Notts coverage,, don’t know if that’s true or not, it won’t make much difference to me I never read it, not even online. There’s plenty of other places to read about Notts. I do however feel sorry for anyone who loses a job I know that pain.

I was born on Meadow Lane about a quarter of a mile from the ground, I used to walk past the ground to go to primary school, I now live approximately 11 miles away.

No miles away. It’s just outside Corfu Town a place called Perama, I’ll certainly be in the sea, I love snorkelling. Not for a few weeks yet though.
