Match Discussion: EFL Cup - The Boro (A)
@NottsTastic @DeadlyDennis Please reconsider, this forum is not usually prone to these sort of spats and as I said in my post @Northants Pie is certainly not like this normally perhaps he’s having a bad time who knows. As you saw @Magic magpie was straight on the case and several members came to your defence, things like this will be jumped on immediately we want this to remain a friendly forum, I really hope you reconsider as your presence has been a breath of fresh air.

Match Discussion: EFL Cup - The Boro (A)
Not sure what’s going off here has someone hacked @Northants Pie‘s account? This seems out of character he’s not normally one to speak out of turn like this. I do agree it was a bit out of order. Perhaps an apology would smooth things over.

It’s odds on that Dennis and Hemings were going to start Friday but now Stead has given Nolan something to think about.

Match Discussion: EFL Cup - The Boro (A)
This is a chance to give other players a game to see what they can do, anyone remember the cup run we had when Steve Thompson was manager? He fielded a completely different team for the cup and we went on a great run, let’s hope we can do the same. If we lose, which we probably will, I won’t be reading twitter or Facebook, it’ll just depress me.

BREXIT.....
@Fozzy I think it is ok to talk politics as long as the debate is calm and reasoned and people respect others points of view whilst debating, which on this forum is usually the case. I don’t think PoN should be purely about Notts County or indeed football in general that’s why there is a section called “Broken Wheelbarrow” a place to chat about other things in life’s rich tapestry. If I see a topic which doesn’t interest me I just scroll on.

BREXIT.....
Absolutely spot on @Elite_pie well said, how can the man in the street possibly hope to know enough about all the complicated issues involved in being a member of the EU it’s ludicrous, we elect governments to govern not pass the buck to Joe Public.
- Notts County complete Christian Oxlade-Chamberlain signing from Portsmouth

BREXIT.....
The whole thing is a complete mess, who knows what will happen next? None of this is any good for the common bloke on the street, whilst all the politicians will be in clover what ever happens.

Alan Hardy: 'Notts County wanted to deliver early statement of intent'
The signings have certainly lifted the gloom and doom after the play off’s disappointment well done to everyone at Meadow Lane for their hard work and ambition. I really hope we can go one better this coming season and secure automatic promotion, if anyone deserves it Hardy and his team do.

Match Discussion: Game 46 - The Hatters (H)
I agree @Chriswe need to go into the play offs full of confidence and a win against Luton would help achieve that, so for that reason I would field as strong a team as possible without risking any players who aren’t 100% fit. It’ll be interesting to see how KN approaches the game.
