Good morning everyone, I hope we’ve all got over the weekends disappointing result? Yesterday I went to QMC to have my ear wax sucked out, it felt more like they were sucking my brains out, it was quite painful. I’d been waiting a year for the appointment after paying £50 to have it done by Specsavers and they couldn’t get it all out so referred me to hospital. While I was at the hospital they tested my hearing, the consultant asked me how old I was I said 72 he then said “your hearing is perfect in 28 years you’ll hear the postman push the telegram from the king through the door” ????

You might think Long Eaton, I can’t possibly comment. ????

Good morning, it’s a bright start to the day let’s hope it continues. The last fortnight whilst away I have been sleeping on the left side of the bed, at home I sleep on the right, last night when I got up in the night for the toilet I was still half asleep and tried to get out of the left side where Mrs. T. was sleeping when I realised after sharp words from her I still didn’t know where I was so went to the wrong side of the room trying to find the door, it’s quite comical now next morning but it felt really weird being so disorientated. No match for me today I’m still feeling under the weather and coughing, it’s not fair to the people sat around me to go so I’ll listen to the radio instead.

@Chris I used to be able to post pictures but when I do now it says they are too big, nothings changed at my end so I assume you’ve made some alteration to picture sizes. They say a picture is worth a thousand words so it’s a shame I can’t post them now, it’s too much of a faff to edit them to change the size.

Good morning folks. Lots to catch up on after my holiday. Washing is the first priority. Mrs. T. Came back with a nice gift of covid so she’s a bit under the weather, I think I also had it on the ship but couldn’t test for it so I probably gave it her. Thankfully it’s not too bad, coughing shivering and aching joints seems to be the main symptoms.
