It’s a grey sky here too and it’s rained overnight, our son and family are camping and had some bad weather the last couple of days, they’ve got a new “lake” outside their tent. No park run for me this week as I slept in too late, plus if I’m honest I’m not feeling up to it either, I’ve not been feeling 100% for a few days, maybe I’ll have a little run along the canal when I feel better later in the week. If Notts manage to hold on to them (and it’s a big if) I think we could be in for a great season, we should move heaven and earth to keep them but I respect their decision if they did go. I imagine there have already been offers and after last night I think the phone will be red hot, fingers crossed they are still here after the window closes.

I watched a recording without knowing the score, it was a great match, Crowley ran the show he was absolutely superb if I was a league 1 or Championship scout I’d be straight on the phone. Jodie was brilliant as always, Edwards deserves a mention as does Beddau in defence. Superb all round performance by Notts well worth stopping up til the early hours to watch. COME ON YOU PIES!!

Good morning, it’s very windy here but dry at the moment. I imagine all Notts fans are feeling good today, I pre recorded the match because I was out, then I watched when I got home, I didn’t get to bed till after midnight but it was worth it. I used to walk under the pedestrian bridge on the right every morning to go to school which was on London Road, I remember there’d always be a swarm of midges in summer and we had to hold our breath before going through what seemed like a tunnel to me then.

I can’t be at the match tonight because it coincides with my monthly support meeting which I volunteer for, I won’t be home until 9.30pm so I’ve set up the telly to record the match on Sky and I’ll avoid the score and watch “as live” when I get back. I hope it’s a great match and those going have an enjoyable time.

I’ve got a painful forearm at the moment, which is making it difficult being on a computer, iPad etc., I think it’s just a bit of repetitive strain injury or I’ve strain the tendons gardening or something, the worst thing is I have to lift my pint with my left had which I’m not used to. ????

That’s an excellent article thanks for sharing @Robbie, I’ve said on here before that Forest success is not necessarily a bad thing for us. I sat next to a chap on Sunday who said he didn’t follow any particular club but he liked football, he said he couldn’t get a ticket for Forest so came to Notts and he was very impressed with the ground and facilities. I’m sure there’ll be many more “floating” fans who are in the same boat (pun intended).

@Joshua I wasn’t thinking of reporting it myself or suggesting anyone else should do so, as you say it’s a matter for the club if they want to do that.
