You would hope that no professional footballer would deliberately want to break someone’s leg so I think it’s a bit subjective, if a player makes a mis timed tackled and accidentally breaks a players leg then should he be banned for a long time? I’m not sure.

I got home from the match grabbed a beer out of the fridge and lit the bbq, our pork steaks and sausages were lovely, Mrs. T had been keeping tabs on the match score and was really pleased that we’d equalised at the end. Later we watched some catch up tv, it’s been a good day.

Yes I think the sponsors got it right motm was Jodi, he had defenders kicking him all afternoon but he still managed to wriggle past them and put superb crosses in, I just wish the ref had given him more protection, they’d obviously identified him as a danger and he was targeted. The penalty also took an age with the shenanigans going on but he kept his cool and scored a great penalty.

I popped in to have a nosey it was absolutely rammed and very loud in there, not my scene at all so I doubt I’ll be going again but it’s really good to see it so busy, they must be making a fortune.

I thought the substitutes made all the difference we really looked good when the came on I though Tousaroulla (if that’s how you spell it) looked really good, the team showed great fighting spirit and they should be commended for that but the defending was disappointing for the two goals. All in all lots of positives and it was great to be back at the lane.
