A massive win for Notts today at Colchester which clinches them a playoff place, & still keeps them in with a small chance of getting automatic promotion on the final day of the regular season next week.

There were some good performances in this game & it could be a hard choice for man of the match for Notts.

My top four today are Jayden Luker, Tom Iorpenda, Nick Tsaroulla & Jacob Bedeau, but I thought that Nick Tsaroulla did very well on his return to the side, & he scored the winning goal too. So my vote goes to Nick Tsaroulla.

Lewis Macari - Not just a sentimental choice, I really thought he was playing great. The club will look after him and he'll come back better than ever.

I thought Ness was fantastic too, as his replacement.

And today every sub was really good - Bennetts did more good work in 15mins than he did as a starter last week.

The goal that keeps us in the hunt, scored by Nick Tsaroulla who returned to the side with a bang.

I didn’t see the match so it’s really difficult to choose a MoM but I’m going to give my vote to Tsaroulla for the goal that gave us the 3 precious points to seal a play off place.

Nick Tsaroulla proved today we miss him when he doesn't start, great performance and excellent goal. Finally looked solid down the right, which gave us much more grit against a decent Colchester United.

I thought we defended well yesterday. Colchester didn't register a single shot on target. Had we been more clinical in front of goal we could have won by more.

The fact that Nick Tsaroulla contributed to a good defensive display and was clinical with his finish, he gets my vote for MOTM.

Yesterday I sacrified myself by neither watching nor listening to the match, thus single-handedly keeping us in the running for automatic promotion. So the answer is me! I hope you're all grateful for my sacrifice.

Tsaroulla, no question

I thought overall everyone played well, in terms of stand outs Iorpenda was everywhere as per usual and so good at bursting into space on the attack as well as pressing. I was impressed with Luker in the attacking midfield role, he’s actually able to hold opposition off and has the skill to turn away from them. If his shooting was a bit sharper he could’ve had a goal too. But I’ve gone for Bedeau. I thought did really well dealing with Tovide, who usually is a nightmare for us because he is incredibly strong and quick, but they had little threat down that side all match.
