I'm Always Interested to read my Fellow PON Members Ideas regarding the State of the English Game, and What Should Happen in the Premier League and The EFL. Ideas such has a Restriction on Foreign Coaches and Players, a Cap on Transfer Fees and Players Wages and the Latest Premier League Teams should have more English Players in their Squads. All These are Excellent Ideas, however How Do Fans Go About Getting Their Ideas Across to the FA, and What Actions must Fans Take to make Sure the Football Authorities Sit Up and Take Notice? The Last Victory Fans Had was the Condemnation of the European Super League and Since then Nothing. So My Fellow PON Members How Should …

Do you enjoy winter football? The cold can be quite harsh when it's really bad, but there’s something exciting about playing from November to January, especially with Christmas around the corner. I wonder if this will affect our home attendance, so I’d like you to share your thoughts and feelings on this.

At the moment in the Premier League A Premier League squad can have up to 25 players, but at least eight of them must be "homegrown" players. That means 17 out of the total of 25 can be foreign players. This can mean that home grown players may never get in the starting eleven.. Having such a low number of home grown players can have a knock on effect for the four home Nations squads regarding ability & availability. I think that home grown players should be at least a minimum of 13 out of the 25. What do my fellow PON members think the right number of home grown players should be in a squad of 25?

Cal has been named National League North Player of the Month. Could Notts make a cheeky bid for him in January as a Striker/ Attacking Midfielder? Could be a smart move.

No I Don't mean Ken Dodd, Jimmy Tarbuck or Arthur Askey. Simply your average Liverpool Football Fan. The Comment section on the Have Your Say section after Liverpool's 4-0 Demolition of German Bundesliga Champions Bayer Leverkusen is full of Funny Witty and Sarcastic Comments. Liverpool are now known as the Slot Machine after New Head Coach Arne Slot. Liverpool could win the Quadruple and there would still be Fans that Moan. But Liverpool haven't Played Any decent team Yet. I'll reserve Judgement on this Liverpool team, until they've played the Teams above them. Xabi touching This Is Anfield Sign. Class is Permanent. A Small Quibble how come 4-1 is a Thras…

In the past few weeks Sir Alex Ferguson has been dismissed from his Position from Manchester United, which cost the Club in the region of £2million per year. A Cost cutting exercise put in place by Jim Ratcliffe. And today former player Ryan Giggs has been put back in the Coaching Dug out, which begs the Question How much Money has Giggs brought into the Club since his former Boss retired in 2013? Compared to Fergie? Of course Silly Me. Giggsy is doing his new Job for Nothing. Right? Yeah Right. What's the Point? The New Head Coach will soon be on his way, and Giggs (like Ferguson) will be out of the door. Wouldn't the money Giggs is getting be put to …

Carlisle, Burton, Swindon head coaches sacked... but how much responsibility lies with their respective heads of recruitment? When Notts were relegated, Nolan, Kewell, Ardley couldn't save a poorly built squad.
